The room was spotless and newly renovated, with firm, comfortable beds that made for a restful stay. But what truly made our experience special was the lovely owner. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful, going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warmth made us feel right at home. The hotel was very cosy, with decor and style that gave positive vibes. I really appreciated how tidy the room was. The view from the terrace was breathtaking - it was lovely to enjoy a couple of beers there after a day of hiking. I was travelling alone, so the small room was perfectly sufficient for me. However, the bathroom might feel a bit cramped if you're very tall, so it's worth asking about larger options if available.

    We stayed at Stancia Kazbegi from April 28 to May 1 and had a truly wonderful experience. The highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality from Salome and Tamari—they welcomed our family with such kindness and were incredibly helpful with every request we made. Their friendly attitude made us feel completely at home. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable—definitely worth the money we paid. The hotel is located very centrally, with easy access to the supermarket, restaurants, and main attractions in the area, which made exploring Kazbegi super convenient. A special moment that touched us deeply was on the day we checked out—we had to leave early at 6:30 AM, and the night before, I had requested a packed breakfast for our family. To our surprise, they prepared a full breakfast pack for all five of us, including fruits and water. It was such a thoughtful gesture that left us genuinely happy and grateful for the care and attention shown by the staff.

    The location of the hotel was great, it was away from the city centre and this made the amazing view which we had from our room so much more beautiful. I would definity visit the hotel in summer to experience the beautiful mountains and to see what the snow was hiding. This is definitly a yearly holiday hotel which we would happily visit. The staff were super friendly and always greated us with a smile and always went out of their way to help us with any questions we had. The breakfast was an asortment of fresh fruit and freshly made daily, lunch and dinner is at your own cost but with the amazing view from the restuarant it was worth every penny spent.

    Our stay was truly wonderful! The room was very convenient, cozy, and comfortable — it really felt like home. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel welcome and relaxed. On the day of our departure, we were leaving too early to have breakfast, but the amazing manager, David, went above and beyond by arranging lunch boxes for us to take on the road.     The view is just breathtaking! There is a bit walking up a steep mountain road, so pack light. However, it is more than worth the effort! We had all the necessary facilities and the joy of staying in touch with nature. Horses are roaming free around, the whole place is just magical. The girl at the reception was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was yummy. Will definitely stay here again! Warmest recommendations!

    Fantastic place for skiing holidays.

    Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. It was fantastic and memorable holidays.

    If you're craving solitude, Ardoti it a great place to relax. It is a remote village and a 4x4 vehicle is required to reach it. The Ardoti Guest House is isolated in the best way possible. Expect to eat the amazing food at the guest house and stay with the most welcoming family ever.

    In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. I liked the close by Sno Village a lot, lovely place.

    The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure). upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.

    Tbilisi city and mountains are beautiful, places and hotels in New Guduari are beautiful. But people are very rude, they do not know tourism and behave badly. Even the woman in the toilet shouts at people. Also very bad all routes
