I arranged 7 rooms for myself and my group. Every single room exceeded our expectations as each room included a small kitchenette with many essential tools to make our stay extra comfortable. I asked for an earlier breakfast time for my group and that was provided with outstanding results. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, specially the receptionist who spend time with me to tell me about all the close by sightseeing which added extra fun to our trip. We wished we could have stayed longer at Artina.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms offer stunning views of the Ionian Sea — it's incredibly relaxing to sit and enjoy the peaceful morning light, and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking right from your balcony. The pool and restaurant areas are beautifully designed, perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding in a serene setting. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a vacation — peaceful, scenic, and great value for money. Highly recommended!

Although the guest rooms are somewhat dated in style, they were consistently clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which ensured a pleasant and restful experience. The hotel's breakfast service exceeded our expectations, offering a diverse and high-quality selection that included fresh fruits, a variety of beverages, and an assortment of pastries — all beautifully presented and regularly replenished. The pool area was a particular highlight. It was spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully organized to provide both relaxation and enjoyment. We also took full advantage of the hotel’s private beach, where we appreciated the cleanliness, the availability of sunbeds and umbrellas, and the prompt, attentive service for food and drinks. The entertainment provided there added a lively yet tasteful touch to our beach experience. The pool bar was equally impressive, featuring a wide range of beverages and excellent service delivered by friendly and professional staff. The hotel is ideally situated, offering convenient access to local attractions while maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The surrounding area is picturesque and easily walkable, with several shops, restaurants, and cultural sites nearby. Most importantly, the hotel staff contributed greatly to our positive experience. Every team member we encountered — from reception to housekeeping to bar and beach staff — was warm, courteous, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. We will most certainly return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to those seeking a well-rounded, relaxing vacation with outstanding service.

    We really enjoyed our night stay out of high season. The whole feel of the place was peaceful, the perfect place to relax. Communication with Rena before and during our stay was great. The apartments are modern and exceptionally clean; we had a very comfortable stay. The best part was enjoying a drink in the evening sitting on the terrace in the restaurant below watching the stunning sunset.

    Great location, superb views from everywhere in the town, which has a nice square, great museum of Navarino battle, boat trips around the bay. a wonderful castle and good tavernas ideal for those looking for the real Greece. There is so much within range: Voidokillia beach is a must as is Methoni, both within 20 minutes drive. The Bay golf club is minutes away. A little further are Nestor's palace and the fishing village of Koroni and 90 minutes away is the superb archaeological site of Ancient Messene. Pylos is within in an hour of Kalmata airport

    Stoupa is stunning , plenty of restaurants, you can buy basics on the sea front and a large well stocked supermarket on the main road, everyone is super friendly. Taxis are available but hit and miss however the first resturant you come to with the steps will order a taxi for you , I just loved it and going back next year

    The spelling is Kardamyli. Lovely small seaside village not spoiled by large high rise hotels. The pretty old town is just up a hill and there is also a section with hotels,bars and restaurants around the harbor. Well worth a visit.

    Majestic with a castle and the crystal blue waters as a backdrop. Methoni is for everyone - it has history, beach, shopping, friendly and welcoming people and amazing food. I highly recommend making a reservation at Castro (a reservation because you will not get a table unless you do) for a delightful cuisine and spectacular view at sunset. You will not regret it. I also recommend the Rex right by the beach. Excellent food. Enjoy!

    The local Taverna along Artaki bay has excellent traditional food and the best view of the bay and Koroni. We loved to walk through the little streets and steps going up to the castle and monastry with lovely views over Koroni and Zaga beach the other side that you can walk to.

Also, famous places in less than an hour drive (Voidokoilia Beach, Costa Navarino hotels, Foinikounta, Pylos, etc.).     It is a bit of an odd place.

    It is a bit of an odd place. The beaches are beautiful and picturesque, however there are no facilities on the beaches (no sunbeds, beachbars or even toilets). Any beaches with facilities are private to the exclusive Navarino Resort, and therefore you have no access. A lot of it is a nature conservation area, which is probably why its so beautiful, and walking around is lovely, but there isn't much else to do. The restaurants are very good, and a cut above those we encountered elsewhere in Greece - bit more expensive but definitely worth it. We were due to stay 5 days, but moved on after 3 as there just wasn't enough to do.
