The price of the room is decent, we even had an upgrade thanks to Booking. The room was large, clean, with a terrace and a very nice bathroom, it even has a coffee machine. What I have to mention is the parking, which costs €33 for 2 days, it is an underground garage with a limited number of parking spaces. If you're going to Segedin on weekends, I read somewhere that parking is free on weekends, so if that's true, you can also park in front of the hotel and save money (of course, be sure to check this information) What I have to emphasize - the staff is very friendly and the rooms are heated so that you might at some point wish it was a little less warm. All in all, this is a very nice hotel, renovated, and my sincere recommendation as your next booking in Segedin.Guest review byRadaMontenegro

Szeged is a great place.
Szeged is a great place. Lovely old buildings, the river, the bars and restaurants are great and generally its cultural activities are also very good. The location as such was chosen by us precisely for those reasons. Our mishaps at the hotel were not the town's fault. We ate dinner at the John Bull, which has fantastic food and excellent beers and wines. The service was great there and it was at walking distance from our hotel. Local transport is great. The not-so-good aspect is that it is rather quiet in the evening, so it is not recommended for people who seek entertainment throughout the night. There is no place to have an early morning coffee or an evening drink by the river. The place is neat and clean! Miraculously there are no mosquitoes. Place is very small, nothing much to see. Everybody is coming for the Spa. And Spa is GREAT! Still, I liked it, I needed peace and quite, for that was perfect. There is no exchange office anywhere, that's a bit disapointing. Still, you can pay everywhere with card. It's cute, but not expect much activities. Szeged is a very beautiful Hungarian city. Full of statues and fine old buildings. Hotels, bars and restaurants. You can see so many things in Szeged.
