Kamandalu is located just in the forest with a perfect valley-forest view pool rooms and the hotel is divided into so much small parts that they didn't break the 'inside forest' vibe. It is just in the center and believe me if you see 5km on the map and think that what a deal it's just 10 mins, it is not in Bali. It is probably 1 hour with those tiny roads and traffic. So Kamandalu is perfect location. Maybe you are looking for a newer hotel but Kamandalu is old yes but very good. Cause the newest ones don't have such a good location. We enjoyed the room services cause it was a pool villa so we didn't use the restaurants or common pool area that much but being visited by monkeys in the morning by the pool was exceptional. I loved the view of the room and location the best. Spa services was very great also.

Huh???? Do I really need to answer this question? Name says everything. ROYAL PITAMAHA feels you ROYAL yourself. I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with its cleanliness and overall comfort. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many popular attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. What a stunning view from the Villa. The facilities at this hotel were fantastic, especially the pool, which were well-maintained. My room was also spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.

It's my second stay at udaya and they did it again ! Everything is perfect from check in to check out. Everyone is so friendly and I really like my room. Highly recommend their spa! I did their flower bath last time, but this time I tried twilight bath. Aswin was really helpful and took a lot of beautiful photos for me, can't wait to share them on my Instagram. I also had a romantic dinner appointment on my last night. From the food to the ambiance, it is certainly a dream come true experience! Thanks udaya, I'm already planning to come back again next year!

this place is just breathtaking. we stayed for few nights and what can I say, unbelievable. we've been welcomed by a refreshing drink while doing the check in. and then the view you have from the infinity pool it's just like being in paradise. the room are amazing, spacious and fresh, with a bathtub that was already filled with water covered by fresh flowers to welcome us in this slice of paradise. breakfast is very very good with fresh fruits and bowls, served on a wonderful terrace where you can admire the rising sun from the jungle.

Ubud is the spiritual center of Bali and well worth the visit. The city center is a bit congested but fun to hang out in for sites, cafes, bars, shops and restaurant. Was great staying about 10-15min scooter ride north of the city center. Much quieter and plenty of great cafes & restaurants. The Pyramid of Chi, various waterfalls, and rice terraces were exciting and rewarding visits as well. Be sure to schedule some Yoga and meditation at your hotel or with one of the local spiritual or spa centers.

We attended a wedding at a large resort near by. We were able to walk between the two along the beach or on a path, making it the perfect place to enjoy the wedding and be with friends and have our own quiet villa to enjoy!

It is remote location with not much accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Recommended for people who prefer calm and quiet area and has vehicle for commutation. No spas available nearby, need to go to Ubud center.

It's a lovely area much quieter than Ubud but still lots of cafes etc. The Instagrammers taking selfies is a bit over the top...but they're everywhere. Great views of the rice terraces and beautiful waterfalls and temples in the area.

The beautiful areas of Sukawati require a car/driver. We went to the art market which was nice, but you could get this art anywhere in Bali for the same price. I hadn't been before and wouldn't stay here again, it's a bit 'commercial' and not tailored to tourists. The villas we stayed in were beautiful, quiet and off the main street, but there was nothing to do (other than get a driver).

Beautiful sea view, near to sanur, denpasar, and ubud, but beach has plastic and wooden trash. During rainy season, moths come out every where outside and inside villa. Kitchen is separate from the villa, overall, villa needs upgrade.

Fresh air, rice terraces, Balinese people are very friendly and courteous. Nature, vegatation, forest.. waterfalls and temples. My husband and I stayed at Aksari Ubud Resort & Spa … this place is my personal version of paradise. Staff were very cordial… they aim to please … the resort has great amenities and awesome infinity pools. The entire place has wifi, room has smart TV with Netflix, the resort is clean and very well maintained and smells like aromatherapy (spa) with “zen” music..,
