The location is west Bali and if you are wanting to get away from the madness that is now Bali, Wide Sands Beach Retreat is the place. The rooms are fantastic and the service is above and beyond. You can rent a bike or get a massage from the aches and pains of learning how to surf which is a short walk to some of the finest teachers you can get. 2 pools at the hotel and top notch food at the restaurant. We went through booking and snagged a room at this slice of heaven for a 5 day stay. A big shout out to Debbie, Tina, the Chef and everyone who made our stay a wonderful. The fried mushrooms are great! Totally worth the drive, and it’s what I expected of a tranquil Bali retreat.

The staffs are nice and welcoming. The room, toilet, towel are clean and the room is spacious, matches the price. I got there a bit late, so the restaurant nearby were closed. But so relieved because the homestay also provide some indomie and rice.
