After the first night there, I booked into another hotel.
After the first night there, I booked into another hotel. I couldn't wait to get out of that depressing atmosphere. I had to stay in my room for a long time each day to work, but it was too depressing to be in such a dilapidated room. It was filthy & mattress worn out. Tiles were cracked. Do not waste your $ on such a filthy place. REceptionist doesn't understand English. I had to write it on a piece of paper for her to read. It is not a hotel set up for tourist. After the first night there, I went to the counter & barked at the receptionist, "Checking out. Not happy here." She asked me to see the manager, but I couldn't be bothered. It was fairly a clean area. The wall arts were a feast to travellers . Malls in this area were also well facilitated. However Railway station n premises were very unclean and slushy when rains. rain water draining system to be improved and these public areas to have more civil servants and volunteers to assist commuters.Public transport facilities to support night travellers to be improved!Guest review bynair - 2.0

This is a village, NOT APART OF MUMBAI. The people here were very pleasant but not prepared for visitors. There are not many options for shopping and eating. As a woman, I felt very unsafe at night as some of the locals would not even let me call my own taxi because of the crime against women there.Guest review byAspyn
