The location was 10 minutes walking from the center. The hotel looks elegant, classy. The interior is stylish, the facilities are great (indoor and outdoor swimming pool are very nice; the garden is beautiful; the terrace is amazing), the personnel is extremely professional, pleasant, helpful and receptive to any request. The room I stayed in was modern, large enough, elegant, spotless, with comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The breakfast is extremely good in terms of variety, quality, taste. Moreover I was given a Merano card which I used to access free public transportation and some touristic attractions. I also booked dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was a delicious and very pleasant experience.

Small extraordinary hotel on the hill in the middle of apple plantation and vineyard. Beuatiful view from room. Comfortable bed, all you need you can find in the room. Breakfast was perceft, selection very wide and delicious.     This is one of those finds, when you are traveling, that will make for a most wonderful memory.  Beautifully designed hotel, the architect and owners paid attention to the smallest details. We have especially enjoyed the terrace with wonderful panoramic view. The cuisine is scrumptious made of high quality products. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the Friday dessert buffet was exceptional. Service is professional, attentive, friendly and ranks just about as high as food quality. Top staff, special thanks to Laurin, Dominik and Hausmeister :-) The heated indoor/outdoor pool and the forest sauna with mountain view are amazing. The entire place provides relaxing atmosphere. A big thank you to the Bad Fallenbach team for making our stay so memorable.

    We have been in Alpenschlössl in December 2022. Very clean, good spa area with attentive personnel. This part of hotel is great for people who wants to have more calm atmosphere than in the main building. By the way very good quality of manicure, a that is rare to find. Takes time but worth it 100%. Cool bar with view, a cocktails and intertainment. I have forgotten my belongings in the room and they were sent directly home. Service was great!

    The hotel's location and facilities are really great. The hotel has a huge and excellent spa area with a few heated swimming pools. The facility is wonderfully green and offers amazing mountain views. Upon arrival, you receive nice welcome drinks and an introduction to the hotel. There are plenty of hiking routes to keep you entertained during your stay, and the hotel offers various activities for guests to join.

    The view over Merano is breathtaking. We loved sitting on our balcony and taking it in. We loved the walk down and back to Merano, keeps you fit, and that you could access the scenic paths directly from the hotel. It was also great to have parking. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was great with lots of home cured meats and cheeses. The staff were very friendly.

    A perfect place to stay! Unfortunately, I was on a drive through to the south of Italy. But this was a great place to stop. It started with a personal touch. I would love to come back but to stay for more than only one night! The garden is amazing.

    There is a lot to do in Merano, rain or shine. Of course, there are the local & famous walkways, the mountain hikes, bike trails, and the Dolomites are nearby. On rainy days, there are castles, the Terme spa/pools. Overall, it's a very nice town with a lot to do.

    Nice small village near Merano with plenty opportunities for walking and proximity to Merano attractions. We visited during off-season, so most of attractions and restaurants were closed, but we had many Christmas activities in Alto Adige, even Schenna had tiny market.

    In this area, there aren’t too many hotels where you can have both breakfast and dinner. We stayed for one night and were satisfied — everything was available and clean, although the rooms might seem a little dated. Breakfast was good with a wide selection, and the hosts were very friendly.

    A lovely little place with great amenities and activities for all. It is best known for it's hiking/walking paths, but it is also a bit of a mecca for cyclists. It caters for all levels so is great for all. You can go hang-gliding, horse riding, rafting. There is something for everyone.

    The village is small but well equipped with all the amenities. It's also within a 30-45 minute walk to Merano, either via the higher pathway (i.e. the Algunder Waalweg) or via lower streets. On Friday mornings there is an organic vegetable market in the side street close to the EuroSpar grocery store that sells delicious local produce.
