Once again, you will receive all the information on paper when you arrive at the reception. The staff is very nice and helpful. 2. The hotel is in a very good location, near the park and the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, cafes. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, tidy, spacious. 3. Pools and other. The pools are clean, tidy, spacious, although there are many people, you don't feel like you're in a crowd, there are enough sunbeds by the pool, you can rent bathrobes and pool towels at the reception, it's very convenient. We tried the Roman Irish rout procedure with various saunas and pools, we really liked it, the woman who provided this service was very kind and friendly. 4. Room. We lived in a Family room, with a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace with furniture and a hot tub (with lighting, wifi, speakers, you can play musicfrom your phone). The view from the terrace is excellent, to the Euganean hills, all rooms have access to the terrace. We liked everything so much that we additionally booked a late check-out. Bar to room service is very reasonably priced. 5. Food. The price included breakfast, the variety is really good, both food and drinks, nice staff. You can also order lunch and dinner, but we ate in the city. 6. We were very satisfied, the price-quality ratio is excellent. I recommend it

We had a wonderful stay with my spouse at Hotel Terme Venezia for the first time. It was a great experience overall. The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The room itself was modern with a nice terrace and adequate space, and the bathroom was new and very clean. Although we didn't use the sauna and massage services, we enjoyed the hot indoor and outdoor pools, which were fantastic. The bar next to the pool was also intelligently designed, and we enjoyed the afternoon tea and herbal tea. Dinner was decent, and breakfast was okay, although the quality was slightly lower compared to the other hotel amenities. However, the exceptional service from the restaurant staff made up for it, especially Mrs. Rossella, who enhanced our dining experience. Upon check-in, we were fortunate to be welcomed by Mrs. Roberta, who checked us in and provided us with all the necessary information. The parking was also convenient, which made our arrival by car very easy. Overall, everything was excellent, and the high level of professionalism from staff like Rossella and Roberta made any minor issues insignificant. We would like to express our gratitude to Hotel Mioni Pezzato for the hospitality ,our great stay and treatment.We have been nearly for 2 weeks in the hotel Mioni Pezzato at the beginning of June 2023. It was a great experience .The staff is very professional and attentive. Claudia on the reception took her time to help us.We had wonderful breakfasts on the terrace, a big variety for any taste.Hotel is beautiful,clean with a big polished garden. There are plenty of swimming pools with different temperatures and different jets. They are not crowded at all.The room was cleaned properly and every day by Oksana, she was very helpful with advice. Seniora Cinzia from the Spa is very precise and polite.All massage therapists are very good. They have their own approach , special touch, and techniques, but we would like to emphasize Rocco and Luciano. Definitely, we will come back next year! And last but not least , Andreas the waiter at the bar was very friendly and it was a pleasure to talk to him! Big Thank you again :) Valentina and Eveline

We took HB. Breakfast was the same every day, but dinners menu were changed regularly. The hospitality level demonstrated by all employees was top rated. This relates to all categories of employee - looks like it is a business paradigm of this hotel. Your problems are solved, your concerns are eliminated, any changes on planned procedures are proceeded fast and without any stress. We stayed in hotel during Christmas/ NYE period where there are a lot of people enjoying SPA/pools facilities. Nevertheless, there were enough places in swimming pools and on benches nearby. Despite of winter time, there was very warm everywhere - in rooms, pools, lobbies and relax areas. It was very comfortable to move in bathrobes after procedures or thermal pools. There were plenty of parking places on territory.

Hotel Smeraldo was a nice experience to us. As mentionned by others, it's not a new hotel anymore, but facilities are many, and it's well situated in quiet areas close to the center of Abano Terme, which is a very nice city to grown up people. The city has many shops, restaurants and nice streets to walk around. At the hotel, we specially liked the pool area in the garden, the heated waters and cleanliness everywhere. Also staff was nice, helpfuld and friendly and breakfast simple, but satisfying.

This was my second stay in Eliseo Terme. I had to come back because I needed to relax and feel pampered for a change :) Eliseo offers everything I am looking for. Friendly and hospitable staff, good food, swimming and relaxing in thermal water, cleanliness. This time I learned that Montegrotto is perfect for hiking as well. So much to see in the area! I will be back soon. Grazie to all the wonderful team!

We have been going to this hotel since 2018 and we felt very comfortable. It is a quiet and chic hotel, with very kind staff. I particularly appreciate the cleanliness in the rooms. we will return with pleasure every year. I would suggest the inclusion of a salt room in the spa area

Charming hotel. It was full of Christmas Spirit. The decor was old world with comfy couches, chairs, tables all through the lobby. They accommodated my dog and my gluten free diet. I have reservations for Christmas since it was so cheerful I couldn’t wait to go back again.

The hotel is very nice with a very big inside and out side hot pools with jets for a very relax vacation.Breakfast is very good. Also has a lift with open panaromic view to the city. from 10 floor.Very good value for money in the center of the city 10 minuts from padova.

This is the best hotel in Montegrotto. I could highly praise all in this hotel - staff, location, amenities. The restaurant was a top quality. SPA and pools zone is very clean and convenient. I would highly recommend to choose this hotel for stay in Montegrotto

The pools were amazing, clean and warm and with variety of jets. The gardens full of blossoms with birds singing. Just a heaven on earth! :) There were regular formal evening programs such as evening dance.

Amazing hotel and spa!! I loved that I could stay a bit more during my second day, just paying €20 to use all the facilities and SPA. I liked that there’s also a gym.

We just spent one night in the hotel on our way to Sardinia. It was a very relaxing stay, dinner and breakfast were wonderful.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The thermal pool was fantastic.

This was my third visit in 12 months. So that should tell you something.

The spa and the amenities was amazing and it is next to the y-40 dive.
