I liked the peace Catcha Falling Star gave to me. I like the food from Ivan's every time! I liked the way the staff at the entrance insisted on ensuring our safety. I loved the view and the cottage-y setup. I loved the restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff and the grounds staff...they were all warm and friendly

The Cliff hotel was amazing, my partner and I can't stop talking about how wonderful the place is, even my 3 year old had an amazing time. The scenery was lovely, the decor all over the hotel and the room were beautiful. The room we stayed in was big and beautiful, wouldn't change anything. It was just simply home away from home. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly even the ones that was just passing by. They are very helpful as well. I remember the night when we arrived we decided to go to the pool and was bringing our room towels and a staff member told us that there should be towels by the pool and she went out of her way to ensure that they were still towels there and found us and gave them to us. After checking out we decided to stay awhile to enjoy the pool and a gentleman, not sure if he was the manager or supervisor gave us a room to put down our stuff and to even shower after. That showed us how much they look out for their guests. Simone who did my mani and pedi did an excellent job as well, I loved the service she provided. The rooms were clean, bathroom were updated and looking amazing, bed was so comfy you will just fall asleep in no time. Everything was functional. The food we ordered for breakfast and dinner for the 3 of us was 10/10. The presentation was wonderful, they all tasted great, the portion was great as well. The Cliff hotel is where you would go to relax, chill and entertain yourself with all the activities you can do on property like the pool, dart, connect 4, pool volleyball and other games provided. It's just peaceful. It's not a big hotel with lots of stuff going on but you can make the best of it with your traveling partners.

We absolutely loved the place. It’s right in the middle of nature. The location is in the West End which is the best location for people who want to stay at a more quite and peaceful place. It’s also the best location for sunsets with Rick’s Cafe and Whoopies nearby. The hosts were very kind and friendly!

The property was beautiful and very well kept. I was really surprised because the front of the property was quite unassuming. The service was top-notch, from the Room Attendant to the Security Guard. Speaking of the Security Guard..... Cosmo (his name) was a breath of fresh air. We arrived really late for check-in so front desk had already closed so of course panic had set in. But he came out and reassured us that everything was fine as he had the keys and we could sort out payment etc with the front desk the following morning. I was very very pleased with the entire experience. Will definitely be back.

Xtabi has everything you need to have a great holiday. Staff is beyond excellent…rooms are carefully cleaned daily, grounds are lovingly looked after, pool is well taken care of. The restaurant has great options…consistency might be a little off depending on who is in the kitchen. The Cliffs are great for swimming. Best time to snorkel is early morning, before boat traffic is on the scene.

    Let me say that this was the BEST STAYCATION ever! I absolutely do not understand how this resort has bad reviews 🤷 Fun fact: After making the reservation on Booking.com I wanted to cancel it on so many occasions and I even started to research other resorts in the area. Whew! What a good thing I didn't. Anyway, let's get into this review. So immediately as we entered the parking lot DONOVAN came over to us, he was sooo kind! He assisted us to find a nice spot in the parking lot and quickly offered to take our suitcases over. We had barely entered the lobby when MS. CHRISTIAN gave us the heartiest welcome 🤗 She was so warm and welcoming. I was stunned again because the bad reviews were replaying in my head and at this point I was wondering if this was the same property they were speaking about. Anyways, she made our check-in process absolutely seamless! She's a sweetheart! Immediately after checking-in, we were introduced to CAROLINA, an absolute darling! She took us up to our room (deluxe sea vuz) ⛵ and briefed us a bit more about the hotel and the facilities etc. Let's talk about the room 😍 The bathroom was amazing. It was spotless and we consistently had warm water (again the reviews replayed in my head). My favourite thing, apart from the comfy beds, would have to be the closet! It was perfect for my mirror pics 🤩 I called the front desk shortly after we settled to ask for a crib. In about 10-15 mins there came our crib and this was when we met ANDY! I had an inflatable/float for my daughter which I needed to be blown up and without hesitation Andy assisted. Listen...words cannot truly express how awesome the staff at this resort is! When I needed to warm up my meals the kitchen staff assisted and they had such a pleasant demeanor. Even the guests were nice. I want to return to Samsara like today 😂😭 It's a 3-star resort with a 10-star experience. The pools were so nice and they were treated every single morning.

    We loved our stay at Villas Sur Mer. Carmen was amazing and the security team, Marlon and James were watchful, helpful and friendly. The entire staff were great. Our room was spacious, clean and so unique. The bedding was super comfortable. The pool area and the hot tub were great as well- literally the largest hot tub I’ve ever seen. My husband loves the sun and I prefer the shade, there was plenty of both in the pool area for us both to be happy. The cave walk to the cliff “beach” was also a really neat feature. The property is across the street from LTU Cliff Restaurant with beautiful views and delicious food. We ate there often during our stay. There’s a small local market down the street to pick up incidentals for the room; we got coffee, drinks and snacks. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and stove, plus cups plates glasses and dinnerware for two. We used the refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, all worked great. We had a meal at Ivan’s and went to Rick’s Cafe a few times. All within easy walking distance.

    The beach was great, food was good. We had an enjoyable time. I would like to praise the security who was there on the night of the 8th February, 2025 as he saved us from being held up by a man on a bike who followed us and tried to say that I hit him with my car. I believe his intention was to rob us. The guard quickly closed the gate and told him the police were going to be called and with that he departed quickly. I reported it to the police the next day and will be sending them my video footage from my car.

    Negril is beautiful and the beauty is still well preserved.

    Negril is beautiful and the beauty is still well preserved. The Beach is clean and well maintained. The police presence is good. Alot of adventures to participate in and otherwise very relaxing location. The strip is excellent for riding and they should invest in a bicycle lane for the full length of the strip would be a great attraction to the area.

    This is an excellent accommodation for your vacation.

    This is an excellent accommodation for your vacation. The villa is new with detailed interior decorating and an exceptionally clean environment. The villa is on a beachfront and the owner expressed their plan to do additional work to enhance the space. It is strategically located almost to the border of Westmoreland and St Elizabeth and is very close to the main thoroughfare. The bed was super comfortable and felt like my home away from home. I must commend the owners of the property, Donna and Ian who were both accommodating and ensured that our stay was a great one. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone.

    The hotel offered a wonderful and unique experience, with the charm of being privately owned. The owner was exceptional, checking in with us almost daily to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our stay. The staff were kind and respectful, and while generally quiet, they were warm and engaging when we struck up a conversation. The property provides the added comfort of a security guard and is located directly across from the beach, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the natural beauty of Jamaica.
