We loved everything about Miru Niseko. Our room was fabulous - we were there for a week and so we so appreciated the extra room and being able to relax in apartment style. The room had everything we needed. Breakfasts in the hotel were wonderful - lovely to have fresh fruit and a great range to choose from in the buffet. Being out of the main Grand Hirafu area was not a problem - the local shuttles were frequent and the Miru Niseko shuttle timetable was great. Most of all … the staff were fabulous, so very friendly and helpful. They are wonderful.

What a magnificent team on board - Kyle & Lara, Shion & Miku, & Jake - all genuinely welcoming & helpful & brimming with enthusiasm, accommodating every guest’s various needs & concerns seemingly effortlessly - ensuring a perfect stay. Breakfast was good, they cook eggs to order, toaster is (they know and it was funny) slow. Transport can be an issue but they do their very best to accommodate reasonable requests. They do not really shout about it but their amazingly good value dinners 2-3 times a week and is thoroughly recommended. private chef, superb.
