It has everything that you need in the apartment. All the equipment was high class quality, washing powder was even provided and washing liquid. Very comfortable stay, very clean apartment, no bad odours, i would say 5 star apartment

When arrived at airport I contacted the hotel to inquire about a shuttle bus, lady at reception advised no bus and gave me the cost of a taxi. When I arranged taxi at airport they were trying to charge 10000T which is 5-6 times the right price, called hotel again and lady arranged taxi from hotel to collect me. Cannot thank her enough, went above and beyond her duty to assist me, very much appreciated!

Really wonderful stay! They happily extended our stay with no hassle. The Nephew ( Айбек )speaks great English. He helped us find a wonderful restaurant and directed us to beautiful parks. The family gave us a big bottle of water for free when we asked if we could drink the tap water (you cannot in this city). Айбек was very helpful in booking us a taxi to the bus station and ensured we were aware of the local prices. Great AC. Definitely recommend this place. Lovely people.

It's not exactly a sight seeing city, more for business (Oil...

It's not exactly a sight seeing city, more for business (Oil and Gas) which was the aim of my visit. Food is good! English is not widely spoken so best to know some Russian or Kazakh or have a local friend/ partner, but you can get by mostly. Download InDriver app to get good rates on taxis, or Yandex or Uber! Be careful the mosquitos they are not normal, you will find out near the river!
