The stay was planned very last minute but still managed to be absolutely perfect! The team was very helpful, friendly and kind. We were greeted with cold lime soda on arrival. Our room was a dream! Spacious, clean, bed was very comfortable. There is a also kitchen equipped with the basic facilities. The view is beautiful, looking over the pool and so many palm trees. It’s not on the beach, so either you walk to Unawatuna Beach (around 30 min) or you can make arrangements with the tuktuk driver that works for the hotel. The location itself is very peaceful and quiet so if you are looking to relax fully, this is the place to be. The pool area was also lovely and clean. Also, three rabbits hopping around was a pleasant surprise :) A short 4-5 min walk leads to the main street where there is a market, bakery, a bit further down a bank. All in all, it was absolutely wonderful and would have loved to stay longer!

Really aesthetically pleasing rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful design! The pool area is great. Breakfast was plentiful and really tasty - fruit salad with oats and yoghurt, eggs and toast, Nutella pancakes, fresh fruit juice and tea/coffee. All the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. I really recommend staying here

Had a wonderful stay at the Sky View Cabin Unawatuna! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious and worth every penny—great value for the price. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Galle. Looking forward to coming back!

Villa 73 was very good place to stay in Unawatuna. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and you can choose western or sri lankan breakfast. The staff were so kind and helpful. Big thanks for taking care of us!

I had an amazing stay at Green Escape Unawatuna! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and helpful. The staff assisted us with our luggage and gave us a great tour of our room. The room itself was fantastic: the bathroom was top-notch, and the bed was super comfortable. We slept really well without any disturbances, unlike some other places in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, like a grand buffet with plenty of options. The pool was another highlight clean, warm, and perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff throughout our stay were consistently friendly and attentive. We also dined at their restaurant yesterday, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was smiling and super helpful. A special thank you to Tharushi, Sadew, and Oshadi for making our stay even more memorable! I highly recommend Green Escape Unawatuna for a fantastic stay!

Excellent and helpful hotel owners, friendly staff. The environment is nicely arranged, good swimming pool, delicious breakfast. Relatively good Wi-Fi as in Sri Lanka. Hotel on a hill, suitable for those who like peace.
