LatviaThe hotel is located in the city centre. There is a spacious car parking area in front of the main square (visible from the restaurant on the 10th floor) and all rooms facing the main square. Located directly on the main, Riga street. Excellent service, reception, advised me where to go for coffee or lunch. You can also have dinner and lunch in the restaurant upstairs. Very good prices and excellent service. Reservations required for dinner. Breakfast was rather rich. Room was comfortable, clean, with a great view, as well as soundproof.

BelarusI really enjoyed my stay! The apartment is clean and cozy, located not far from the bus station, on one of the central streets in the old town. It has everything you need for rest and a comfortable stay, with a very pleasant atmosphere. Nearby there’s a café with delicious coffee and a good bar just across the street. The host is very kind and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

It's a Russian speaking environment and a splendid place to go to learn Russian. If you reach out there are plenty of friendly people there. It could do with a day tripper public transport travel card. But trips are only €1. Also there's no fully labelled transport map with route numbers on it. Daugavpils is struggling economically, but has a charming and mostly well-maintained 19th century center, a fascinating multicultural character, and lovely green open spaces, including forests and a lakeshore resort area on Lake Stropu. The Mark Rothko Arts Center is a major modern art museum, and well worth a visit. A hidden gem of Latvia that is worth the visit for tourism and business alike. There are quite many nice restaurants and bars on both side of the river while majority are located on one bank of the river but it's still worth the walk/drive to the other side. There are many hidden attractions for tourists and local authority web page with multi language support is a great portal to rely on.
