The place is very nice, newly opened, it has spacious and sparkling clean rooms - exactly as displayed in pictures. It is located close to the train station, in the new area of Marrakech, safe to walk around also at night! By day we also walked to the Medina - it's maximum 30 mins by foot. The staff is very kind and helpful, with recommendations and any information you may require during your stay. We totally recommend choosing this hotel for your vacation.

We had an amazing stay at Ari Boutique Hotel. The service is excellent and so friendly. Sahid at reception organized all our excursions, even considering the weather to ensure the best experience. Chef Rashid made our mornings special with his warm greetings and delicious breakfasts. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city a breeze.     Excellent Resort! Our review is very positive! We will come back soon to Acqua Hotel! We arrived 4 hours late due to flight delay and the hotel transfer was waiting for us. When check in at the hotel, the reception offer us a late diner. We were so tired and starving, the diner was delicious! Our stay was really fantastic! Everything perfect! 1. Staff is very nice and always available to help. 2. The Animation Team is great, All day with activities, acqua gym, zumba, games with the fantastic Team: Ismail, Sam, Tito, Momo, Ayoub! 3. Room very large, with balcony and hotel gave us an upgrade to pool view. Very clean. 4. Restaurants Internacional and Marrocian, many food options and drinks. Great breakfast as well. 5. Night shows, great to entertain families, specially kids. We will come back next year!

    It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the beautiful Royal Mansour. The people working there were all extremely kind and helpful. Never have I experienced such a great service. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who can afford to stay there. The Fast track service at the airport they provided, the pick up with Bentley’s, the roomservice, the housekeeping.     The hotel was so beautiful, once you enter your eyes begin to run around. It’s a small hotel but it’s very cute. Because we came earlier than a check in time, we had to wait for a few hours that was the bad news the good news we got an upgrade to senior suite. It was amazing! So big, the bed is so comfortable, the fireplace etc. The food was great, especially breakfast!

    Got in and offered dinner straight away, Abdel then waited for us to book in the excursions. We had a full Hamam and spa, the ladies who are in the Hamam were so good OMG! Massage was nice with a little swim after. Got to to the room to find fruit basket (wasn’t that fresh looking) and snacks left which we wasn’t expecting so was such a sweet gesture!

    The market square in the evening is very busy but there's not really much variety in entertainment. Beware of pickpockets and thieves. I did encounter one trying it on with me, and another who stalked me at an ATM. Do the Guru walk with Youssef. He is brilliant. There's a restaurant where they do meat roasted in a pit. Gordon Ramsey's been there. The lamb is okay, but ask for shoulder. The beef is excellent. It is overpriced though. Girls, don't wear mini skirts. There is no pc correctness in Morocco.

    I was there again and I always find something interesting in the city and its surroundings. This time I encountered an attempt to overcharge the taxi fare.You can eat meals without any worries, even in small bars, they are tasty.

    On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us

    On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

    It was an interesting trip and we enjoyed the activities but it isn't suitable for people with limited mobility. The food is interesting but you need to find basic local cafes, rather than high priced restaurants.
