GermanyThe accommodation is located directly on the beach with an incredibly beautiful view. The facilities include everything needed and the premises were very clean. Dalton and his team take extremely good care of the guests and very kindly assist with all possible aspects - best service!
In addition, we really like the concept with the social project of the whole facility.
We enjoyed the stay very much and can only recommend it.

The casas are charming, large and spacious with air conditioning and a fantastic kitchen as well as a lovely veranda with the most beautiful view of the ocean. The staff are without a doubt the best team of staff I have ever encountered at and place I’ve ever stayed. They are friendly and ready to help and do their absolute best to accommodate your needs! Everything we ordered from the restaurant was absolutely delicious and plated well. The activities on offer are just brilliant - we did two horse rides with Mozambique Horse Safaris which is only a couple of minutes walk away. We absolutely loved every second of our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Although there had just been a cyclone (and the property was also hit by this violence of nature) we were compensated above expectations. South of the Dona Ana hotel, a large hotel on a peninsular, is a 5km stretch of wondeful beach. White soft sand at high tide, 200 metres of golden sand when the tide is out. Not the best for swimming ut there are some comfortable small pools as the tide goes out. No sunbeds and umbrellas here, just local fishermen going about their business. A couple of small low key nice hotels offering beach front accommodaion and food. North of the Dona Ana the beach is less tidal, several larger more modern hotels with very nice restaurants. but the beach is not as pretty with seaweed sometimes and broken shells meaning walk with sandals not barefoot.Guest review byKSUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Typical of Mozambique. It's a poor area so if you are prepared for rural surrounds you will not be disappointed. Locals are friendly and the lodge took us shopping for provisions as and when we needed it. Great place to relax. Super diving, snokelling, fishing and swimming. Definitely recommend. It's a beautiful place. Vilanculos is very laid back, natural and authentic. The beaches are amazing, delicious local food and some great outdoor activities to do. Visiting the islands like Bazaruto is highly recommended. These areas are truly pristine and the snorkeling along two mile reef is awesome. I would say more or less 6 days is enough time in the area.
