- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 103 reviewsThis was our favourite place we stayed at in Namibia. Staff and service were great. They attended to our room multiple times during the day to open close the windows, getting the beds rooms ready for sleeping while we were at dinner etc. The room very pretty and cosy both with a nice indoor and outdoor shower. The bed very wide and so comfortable, also the duvet and pillows so comfortable. The general areas are nicely decorated and the have a fire in the evening you can sit around for pre dinner drinks, super cosy. The food was also very good. We did a safari excursion booked through the hotel and we got a private tour into the Etosha park and the guide was so knowledgable and friendly. Strongly recommend!Guest review byAmandaSweden
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 299 reviewsA quiet, small and personal lodge in the middle of nature just a short drive outside Etosha Park. Our small house was immaculate, with mosquito nets around the big bed and tastefully decorated overall. The public areas were beautiful. The three-course dinner under the stars was excellent both nights, as was the breakfast. We were happy to find a proper coffee machine for breakfast, I love that cappuccino in the morning. Staff was very friendly. Overall a positive experience.Guest review byMatstheyoungerSweden

It has been our 7th time in Namibia and our 5th in the Namutoni area. As always it is amazing! Wildlife is stunning and this year the scenario with the pan filled by rainfalls was absolutely one of the best scenario you can imagine. This year we missed elephants (just a few) which usually crowded Klein Namutoni, but area around Namutoni was plenty of wildlife such as hundreds of giraffes, impalas, gnus, zebras, springboks. We have seen also cheetah (quite frequent in this area of the park), black rhino and, for the first time in Etosha, leopard with cub. Great place!Guest review byMarcoItaly - 8.0

If you're planning on going to Etosha, Omuthiya is a great spot to base yourself out of. It's about an hour from the northern most section of the park, which we found to be the best spot from which to see predators in particular. The town isn't particularly well lit or well represented on Google Maps, though, so I would advise getting there well before sunset to make sure that you find your accommodation. Residents are incredibly helpful and will assist with directions is needed.Guest review byErin VersfeldSouth Africa - 8.0

As expected, the variety of predators was not observable but we saw many herds of antelopes, wildebest and zebras. A single giraffe standing in an area near Halila was beautiful. Watering holes were well marked and lovely settings to spend time viewing though some roads were deeply rutted. Sorry to have detour cut off several watering holes near Anderson Gate but understand its necessary for park maintenance.Guest review byLorraineCanada
