Loved our stay at Hotel de Magneet . Hoorn is a charming city and a very convenient location for exploring Old Holland, The Zuiderzee Museum and is also very close to Amsterdam by bus or train. The modern hotel is located a short walk to the bus and train station . The room was located in the garden and was quiet, clean and comfortable . The bathroom was very clean with a bath and all amenities. The included breakfast was extensive with both hot and cold options . It was served buffet style in a newly renovated and sunny restaurant area. The room also had a kettle and a TV. The owners were very helpful with recommendations and always on hand to answer any questions. There are lots of cafes and restaurants close by in the main square and the harbour.

SuyderSee Hotel, formerly known as Appartement Hotel Driebanen, offers rooms and apartments in the centre of Enkhuizen, 10 minutes’ walk from the edge of the IJselmeer. It features packed lunches.
