JapanOut of six places I stayed at on my three week trip to Norway, this was my favorite. The neighborhood has several hiking paths that start within walking distance, and it's close to the shuttle bus to Snøhetta. The host is so friendly and helpful, and I loved coming back to my cute cabin after a hike and being greeted by her (and her cute dogs!). Cabin had an oven/range top, fridge, and everything I needed to cook and store food. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

FranceVery nice spot above the center of Dombås and close to hiking trails in the Mountain. Cheap enough for the facilities it provides, for Norway and for the spot!
We have enough space for two in a 4-bed-room and we enjoy the private toilet and shower. Also nice to have the possibilty to cook in the share kitchen and also the possibility to dry clothes and everything in a warm room next to the kitchen.

The way these cottages are in a perfect condition (built in 1969) really makes you feel like you traveled in time, because although everything's obviously old-style, it's perfectly clean and functions properly. You have the privacy of a separate room with pull-out sofa and TV, as well as kitchen (equipped with only a cooking stove, but enough dishes and appliances) and bunk beds, meaning each cottage can fit up to 4 people. It's a quiet location among the nature, combined with the convince of the gas station (EV charging stations available), where you have the shop and the cafe open even on public holidays. Absolutely perfect place to stay during a road trip. P.S. I can also hint to read the history of this place, which I found really interesting. Dombas is an excellent stopover coming back from the fjords...
Dombas is an excellent stopover coming back from the fjords to Oslo. I stayed at the campsite located on top of the village which offers nice cottages and views of the surrounding mountains. The area offers plenty of hiking trails and 5-6 hours moose and muskOx safaris not far from Dombas starting at 10am. Unfortunately I didn't have time to do the safari since I stayed just for the night and left in the morning. All amenities are located in one spot at the Dombas Senter which includes petrol & many fast charging stations, cafeterias, a couple of restaurants, supermarkets and a huge souvenir shop all at reasonable prices. We ate at Moskusgrillen located on the opposite side. The restaurant offers some traditional food, meats, juicy burgers and large pizzas. We tried the deer burger, ribs and pizza and were all very good. I will definitely go back.Guest review byCass - 10.0

Dombas is a busy stop on the E6 route through Norway and I wasn’t expecting such a great hotel in this town, it really was exceptional. Nice small shopping mall with cafe and souvenir shop , also everything was in easy reach of hotel.Guest review byANNUnited Kingdom
