Lovely rooms (comfortable chairs to chill in too), very good residents' kitchen to enable easy self catering, Host Ian very attentive and kindly offered to do our laundry, very clean and well appointed, great location and view. All in all, a really nice experience.

Amazing view and location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and had an amazing view at the fjord. The breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend!

This hostel is beautifully situated on the hill , over Hellesylt, with gorgeous view of the fjord's. Parking is by the hostel. There's a kitchen , fully equipped, spacy and with view. We have had a double room with private bath and it had even own entry from the terrace. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are kayaks for rent. Fair price-performance ratio.
