- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 959 reviewsWe particularly liked the personnel - kind and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor, near the reception. Spacious, good internet access and we had the car parked just outside the window. Good and assorted breakfast is served in a large restaurant in the reception area, with large windows and a great view towards the mountains. There is an approximately half an hour drive to the Nordkapp.Guest review byCorina V.Romania
- From US$165.32 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,023 reviewsA lovely quiet little town to experience the snow and visit the North Cape on a tour. We arrived at 6am by ship & allowed us to check in on arrival & up graded us to a harbour view as we were staying for 3 nights. We had an early departure by ship so they provided us with a breakfast box which was delicious.Guest review byAngelinaAustralia

The breakfast was exellent, the room view speechless. You had a warm tea, coffee and hot chocolate (which was amazing) 0-24. I hope we'll come back again.Guest review byJosipaCroatia

Can't really find any negatives for this place.
Can't really find any negatives for this place. The locals are very friendly, the streets are clean, the scenery is stunning and best of all its only about 35 minutes drive to Norkapp. If you are visiting we would 100% recommend booking a trip to Norkapp. Its a fascinating place...the top of Europe!!. We flew in, stayed 3 nights then departed on a fjord cruise. Well worth every penny. We decided to take a walk one morning, its obviously very hilly but not too taxing. Its about 5 miles to completely encircle the town though that did include a few detours for the sake of photos. There is a restaurant close to the Norkapp museum called The Corner. The food, welcome and service were second to none. Totally recommend it to any visitors. Well that's my opinion of Honningsvag, visit yourself and see what you think.Guest review byJimmy & JulieUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Everyone seems to be profiting from the proximity to Nordkapp, which lowers the overall experience of an otherwise nice town at the edge of Europe. Many cruise ships that dock in the port release heaps of tourists into the town every day, which makes it feel more like a centre of some large city, not a town of 2500 inhabitants.Guest review byPatrikSlovakia
