Jay and Nikki’s guesthouse is cozy, peaceful, and full of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up — much better than any hotel we’ve stayed in!
Communication was smooth and warm from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy Wanaka.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and heartfelt stay.

Wanaka is a great little town.
Wanaka is a great little town. Primarily a stepping stone to the ski resorts. However we did not go the the resorts. We did do a day trip to Blue Pools and the nearby waterfalls (Thunder falls). the drive was scenic and the pools were well worth having a look at. Thunderfalls is certainly a photo spot as well. We circled back to wanaka and had a look at the Wanaka tree. Its a great picture just prior to sunset as the branches of the tree have and orangy color to them.Guest review byStevoAustralia - 10.0

Beautiful area to walk or bike in. There are wildlife on the lake. You can sit/sun bathe on the beach albeit a stony beach. Or you can just stroll along the shore area. When the sun is shining it is glorious whatever you chose to do.Guest review byAnonymous
