Beautiful entrance, staff were exceptional and very welcoming. They were proud of the Hotel with a tour AND a very nice welcome drink! Plenty of parking, very very comfortable beds and well allocated rooms.

An excellent selection of food for breakfast and preparing it ourselves gave us flexibility with timing. Comfortable sofas and books and magazines a plenty- it really felt like a home away from home.

Exceptional stay from the beautiful grounds, plenty of out door seating, koi pond and hot tub to the immaculate and well appropriated room, kitchen and large bathroom, plus hostess Megan was superb with local recommendations, loved Sanctuary Mountain which we would not have known about. Being right across from Lake Karpiro for the International Dragon Boat Festival was the best!!! Also perfect if you have two couples as there were two separate rooms available.
