Bellman immediately assisted us upon seeing us exit the taxi. So glad to get a free upgrade. Receptionist explained everything clearly and also fluent in English. Room is spacious. Restaurant service was fast and staff were very polite and friendly. They're the best! Glad to have free shuttle service; security guard was helpful and driver was on time and also polite.

    this hotel is seriously amazing, located in this quiet somewhat secluded oasis right by the water the architecture is super chill, low-key tropical vibes that blend perfectly with nature. the beds are super comfy like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom with the bathtub is perfect the breakfasts are so good, honestly one of the best i’ve had! the pool, beach, and restaurant by the sea are great, perfect for just kicking back and once again, i’m convinced filipinos are the best when it comes to professional, super friendly, and warm service! everyone here is just amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure you’re having the best time it’s not just about the views, it’s the whole vibe and the incredible service that makes this place special

    I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly pleasant and warm. It immediately gave a sense of homely comfort and relaxation. What stood out the most was the attitude of the staff—they are true professionals, always smiling and ready to help with any questions. It feels like they genuinely care about making sure guests are as comfortable as possible. The hotel's location is also very convenient: everything you need is nearby, which makes traveling much easier. The room was great—spacious and cozy.

    I am not much familiar with other hotels on the island, but I believe that this must be the best one. Everyone was very friendly. The facilities are great. The swimming pool is huge our daughter didn’t want to get out of it. The room service is excellent. I especially recommend the cheeseburger from the room service. Jenevece I think was the name of the girl that is working in the management as far as I believe, and she made our stay even greater. Sorry if I misspelled the name.

    One of the best places we stayed in. No complaints at all. And all the staff were so polite and nice and helpful. Would strongly recommend. Food in Savoy Cafe was great too especially the Newport Burger. And their breakfast buffet had great varieties and well organised.

    It's a wonderful hotel that you don't need to leave for your stay. It has everything. The staff are world-class and the food is first class. They surprised us when they found out it was our anniversary with a complimentary bottle of wine.

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT...

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

    The community is great.

    The community is great. They have a convenience store easy access. The building staff are friendly. They also have a gym. For long term stay and traveling I would recommend this stay to get to know the locals. Great place and a value for money

    There are so many better places in S/E Asia to go for a nice time at the beach. Mactan is not one of them. I went for the IronMan and would never go for vacation there. Very poor availability of night life, sea and beach are mediocre.

    There are tons of great parts of Cebu.

    There are tons of great parts of Cebu. Lapu Lapu / Mactan is one of many. So much to do, at all levels. Whether you're all high-end, seek to be one of the locals, or want a taste of everything, Lapu Lapu City has you covered. Beaches (of course), city/town life, great food options all around you, great activities for fun & activities, and easy to get around. Not to mention, greater Cebu City is just a stone's throw away.

A restaurant downstairs or walk 5 minutes. easy access to transport, Tricycle, taxi, bus. laundry and convenience store downstairs. easy transport to most attractions in Cebu City or resorts in Mactan. There is a Starbucks and mall close by with an easy walk.

    Stay at another Condo the previous night.

    Stay at another Condo the previous night. That one was a 9 out of 10. That had a far better bed, nice fridge freezer, microwave, lots of utensils, glasses, crockery and working WiFi. This one sadly did not. Best 2 out of 10. Would not recommend.

    We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi from the airport to the accommodation for about A$15. We had a room with a view to the sea, but could also see the housing of the locals, which contrasted to the fancy hotels - so sad to see the living conditions of locals. The area where we stayed was rather quiet and was safe for walking without too much traffic.
