I had a pleasant experience at Belmont Hotel Mactan during my recent trip to Cebu. Its proximity to the airport is a major convenience, being just 8km away and easily accessible by a short taxi ride costing around 200 PHP. Despite an early morning arrival due to a delayed flight (and a subsequent late check-in), the staff at Belmont Hotel were incredibly accommodating. They not only allowed me to check into my room upon arrival but also kindly extended my stay until 1pm. This flexibility was greatly appreciated, as it gave me enough time to rest and freshen up after my journey. The room itself was a highlight - clean, spacious, and well-maintained, it provided a comfortable retreat. Overall, Belmont Hotel Mactan is an excellent choice for travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and exceptional service in Cebu.

I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff and the comfy beds. I enjoyed working at the restaurant/cafe , they offered me free flowing good strong coffee-- lots and lots of it. At this price range - with the free airport shuttle service, clean smart rooms and thoughtful service, I couldn't find a better deal.

we were only in Cebu for one night with an early flight the following day, so we really wanted a hotel that was close by and with good value. Waterfront hotel and Casino was the perfect place for us to stay in. It was walking distance, I didn’t feel stressed about having to get taxis the next day and the hotel gives a luxurious ambience without breaking the bank. this is my second time staying in this hotel and it always reminds me of the hotel from the movie “The Shining”, not the scary parts, only the decor and the vibe! ❤️ will 100% be coming back the next time I’m in Cebu.

Staff was very helpful. We had booked for 1 night only, and wanted to extend our staying. Maybe because of the SINULOG festival the hotel was fulled booked, still they managed to accommodate us. At Fortune Apartelle we had hot water in the shower with decent pressure. Internet conexion was good. In resume, we ended up booking for another 11 days.

Our room was nice and clean. Close to the airport. The staff were awesome. They opened the door for us as soon as they saw us outside and after check in, one of the staff carried our suitcase to our room . The AC was great! They offered a free shuttle to or from the airport. I was excited for the breakfast, unfortunately we have to check out early and rushed out because we have an early trip to Bohol that is supposedly at 8am but it was changed at six in the morning. While we were checking out the front desk informed me that my shirt was inside out, which was really nice of her and I greatly appreciated it for telling me.

Beautiful gardens and pools. Comfortable for my senior parents we were with. Food was exceptional and the staff too. However, I lost a tiny semi-precious stone bracelet in my room. Not an expensive item but still it was disappointing to lose something inside the room. Room was very clean and fresh. Ideal place to wind down with family. It can be busy during weekends with events and day use clients.

    Everything! From the accommodating staff, to the nearby hotel beach, to our packed breakfast, to our morning breakfast...it was excellent for a very reasonable price! There was a van offered to pick us up at the airport and was "roomy." All the luggages were sent to our rooms, plus of course I have no problem tipping the staff. They were amazing and personable! The lobby was world-class! Fruit-infused water was readilly available upon arrival for the guests. Tours were also offered. I had no idea they offered island tours close to our hotel. Next to the hotel are restaurants, of different cuisines. Love it! The walk around the area is definitely safe for foreigners and guests. I'll definitely come back to this hotel. I love it! And oh, they offer very late check out for those who have a later flight for a fee. It's worth it if you want to catch a few hours of sleep before flying. I had an excellent stay at Savoy. I'm going back for sure!

    More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise. The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around. There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though. When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport. I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area. I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

    The community is great.

    The community is great. They have a convenience store easy access. The building staff are friendly. They also have a gym. For long term stay and traveling I would recommend this stay to get to know the locals. Great place and a value for money

    There are so many better places in S/E Asia to go for a nice time at the beach. Mactan is not one of them. I went for the IronMan and would never go for vacation there. Very poor availability of night life, sea and beach are mediocre.

    There are tons of great parts of Cebu.

    There are tons of great parts of Cebu. Lapu Lapu / Mactan is one of many. So much to do, at all levels. Whether you're all high-end, seek to be one of the locals, or want a taste of everything, Lapu Lapu City has you covered. Beaches (of course), city/town life, great food options all around you, great activities for fun & activities, and easy to get around. Not to mention, greater Cebu City is just a stone's throw away.

A restaurant downstairs or walk 5 minutes. easy access to transport, Tricycle, taxi, bus. laundry and convenience store downstairs. easy transport to most attractions in Cebu City or resorts in Mactan. There is a Starbucks and mall close by with an easy walk.

    Stay at another Condo the previous night.

    Stay at another Condo the previous night. That one was a 9 out of 10. That had a far better bed, nice fridge freezer, microwave, lots of utensils, glasses, crockery and working WiFi. This one sadly did not. Best 2 out of 10. Would not recommend.

    We went to Mactan for a wedding and caught a 'Grab' taxi from the airport to the accommodation for about A$15. We had a room with a view to the sea, but could also see the housing of the locals, which contrasted to the fancy hotels - so sad to see the living conditions of locals. The area where we stayed was rather quiet and was safe for walking without too much traffic.
