I absolutely loved everything about this property. Everyone is super friendly. Even got a little gift which I have been wearing every day since. The food was delicious - big portions. There was hot water and the shower was great. I can honestly not fault a single thing. It is a really peaceful environment.

William the manager speaks english and french. He is very reactive and helpful. The food was nice but above the place whre the lodge stands is perfect. On the lake shore with a sublime view on the volcanos for the sunset and the sunrise. A small piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

The staff are AMAZING! So friendly - above and beyond. The room is simple and clean, the beds were comfortable. I felt safe. The location is really central if you like to explore the bustling town. We walked to 2 excellent restaurants within 5 minutes. They accommodated us with an early breakfast when we were trekking and a packed lunch for purchase. Amazing samosas. Wonderful place to stay. Jacqueline was so welcoming and helpful. The appartment has been beautifully finished and is very comfortable. Quiet and calm place to relax. Lots of amenities (microwave, fridge, gas hob, kettle, hot water). Tea was available on request. Breakfast was good and dinner especially good.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Ruhengeri, SAISH Stay features a bar. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

Friendly staff, staff flexibility. The room was nice, the bed was confortable and had a mosquito net. They event woke up extremely early to prepare the breakfast for me :) The breakfast was tasty, great coffee.
