Exceptional experience, exceptional location in the middle of the tea plantation, with a perfect view on the Nyungwe forest. Our cottage was perfect. No hot water temporarily, but other than that, really great place I recommend without hesitation! We also got a very interesting tour of the tea plantation from the receptionist, very professional!
Located just 28 km from Murambi Genocide Memorial Centre, NYUNGWE VILLAGE provides accommodation in Kitabi with access to a garden, a bar, as well as a 24-hour front desk.

Amazing experience! Great staff, Yves and the chef Gadi were very welcoming. I was the only traveler at the time and spent a significant amount of them with them, made good friends! The rooms are clean and very quiet. Right off the main highway, so easy to get to and 5 minutes drive from the national park making it easy for early chimp trekking. They offer a great variety of fresh foods, we went to the local village, met people, tasted stree food and I booked a tour with them to experience the surrounding area. I’d recommend this place to everyone!
