Very professional services and great customer experience. The view from the room is also very nice. Room service is excellent. They upgraded my reservation for free, which was very kind of them. My son and I stayed for a night since we came to see Taif after completion of Umrah. We had arrived after sunset. After a hot shower in their nice bathroom, we went out to explore the place. I was plaeasantly surprized to see that the Tera Mall and Cenomi Jouri Mall were just 250m away from the Hotel. Tera Mall was on the same side, and the other on opposite side of the road. There were some restaurants and cafes as well on the main road. So, dinner was a breeze! Breakfast was complimentary and frankly, I had expected cereals and pancakes. But, when we stepped in, we were thrilled to see a plethora of dishes. As well as a live cooking area with chefs making omlette and some baked goods to order. Coffe and Tea was also available. I would rate it 10/10. Its has Musalla (prayer room) for men and a prayer area for women. Though my 14 yr old son prayed in the close by Masjid. It felt safe to let him go alone even at Fajir time.

    Variety of foods and very tasty. Khayal restaurant is very nice and highly recommended. Moving around is very easy especially using Careem (similar to Grab). The drivers are very accommodating to our request.

    It is a beautiful area in Saudi Arabia.

    It is a beautiful area in Saudi Arabia. You'll enjoy stunning landscapes during cold months because the rain and water allow greens to cover the dry rocks creating a magical view of the desert. This is the perfect escape from the city, if you enjoy nature, hiking, waterfalls (during certain months), camels, and rural Saudi life, you would enjoy Ash Shafa. And it is less than 2hours from the bright Jeddah.

    Taif is a good place to visit, especially during the summer when the temperature is very moderate compared to other cities in the Middle East. It is a small town, but has quite a few sceneries and good cloudy weather to enjoy most of the year. In addition to a few beautiful parks in the city, the nearby Al-Shifa area is worth visiting.

    Pleasent, cool mountainous natural beauty. Excellent get away from city life. I enjoy staying here regardless of season .... In summers its a good escape from the desert heat! and in winters enjoy the view of foggy mountains and cold weather with rains or even snow if you are lucky!
