The hotel staff were outstanding—always kind, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of options, from delicious Thai dishes to Western-style favorites, so there’s something for everyone. The breakfast service starts at 6:30 AM, which was perfect for us as we had early tours in Bangkok starting at 8 AM. I also want to emphasize the excellent value for money this hotel offers.

Our family has been spending New Year’s holidays in Bangkok for several years, and we consistently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel. Its convenient location near Siam Paragon, excellent service, and high-quality standards have made it our go-to choice for many years. Last year, we decided to try something new and stayed at the Eastin serviced apartment hotel. It was a wonderful experience: spacious rooms, a cosy, almost homely atmosphere – everything was convenient and comfortable. In 2025, we continued this tradition and chose Chatrium, which also offers serviced apartment accommodations. We were delighted with excellent service, a convenient location, and diverse, delicious breakfasts - everything was top-notch! A shuttle operated between the hotel and Siam Paragon every 10 minutes, with a travel time of just 2 or 3 minutes. It was convenient that you could send your shopping bags via the shuttle, and they would be delivered directly to your room, allowing you to continue your shopping without interruption. The only minor drawback was the relatively modest pool, and there were times when sunbeds were in short supply, but for a city-based serviced apartment hotel, this was not a critical issue. Verdict: we will return! 😎

My daughter love the swimming pool and went each day after a long shopping day for a relaxing time. WE got driver BOB at the hotel during our stay. He is so great, nice and helpful. He bring us to many site visit and stay with us if necessary all day. He drive us with a smile and we thank him a lot for that. On our departure, as we left early in the morning, our breakfast pack was ready and that was nice. WE surely recommended the Prince Palace Hotel. Well situated, many shopping with affordable price, Tuk Tuk facilities, many 7 eleven shop nearby, many street food nearby, night shopping and not far from MBK mall shopping center

    this was the first time we’ve staying at this location and it was a refreshing change from our past experiences of staying in Bangkok. I must admit that we’ve a little apprehensive of the location, but we were pleasantly surprised by large variety of restaurants and street food available throughout the day. We feel that it was a perfect please for any family with children, to stay on visiting Bangkok. The close proximity to the BTS also made travel convenient to and fro places like Siam Paragon and MBK.

    I had lived in Bangkok for > 10 years, and chose Bangna due to it's easy connection to the airport, good facilities and transport links to the city centre. This stay was at the end of a 3 week road trip covering 3000km. Next time I would plan to stay a few more days in Bangna.

    I stayed near the Victory monument , area which is like a hub for public transportation so it was very easy to get around for cheap. There s a nice little park nearby the hotel to get away from all the traffic and relax or do some jogging. Not many big shopping centers , around the victory monument the bigest one was the One center which has a few decent restaurants on the 3 rd floor. The hotels are cheaper around this area and you can go anywahere with bts or bus or grab/ bolt or motorbike taxis etc

    Overall it was a nice place to be the last few days before my flight i was able to relax yet still enjoy some good food and locals. Still plenty of access to everything you need but far from any attractions.

    The hotel was extremely hard to find even though I was within 20 metres. The rooms just sit quietly above a dim sum restaurant. Very little signage on the street and no direct direction on booking.com Friendly staff once discovered though. Even my taxi driver couldn't get directions from a shop close by. Needs clarification on web site of location above Dim sum restaurant.

    not recommended to book in this hotel. much under expectation and less standard than the rate and photos in booking. all was bad. Especially the hotel charged me with extra night for the checked out day and withdraw from my bank visa without justification, or mentioning this in the policy of the hotel. when I copmlained to hotel and booking, my money never return back to my bank account for one extra night though the booking.com followed them and they lied saying we transferred the money to my bank account after booking complain without transferring the money for the checked out night they took, or providing providing bank statement of the transfer. I am still trying to get my ony back hopeless since they do not answer my messages sent to the hotel through booing and booking is not replying back to me, no valid number I can contact, or message after several trials. both the hotel and booking does not reply, or have easy access for communication to return the money back and send supporting document of the the transfer. BAD SERVICES FROM BOTH HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM who ignored my request after following it up with the hotel at the beginings and promised the money with be transferred back to my account that had been withdrawn from it the check out night as per their complain and communication with the hotel.

    I had a great time at this location.

    I had a great time at this location. It was very close to the BTS train system and a mall is directly across the street. Up the street both ways are some good night markets, 7-11 on the corner, ATM is also right there, plus several street vendors for food, coffee shop, KFC and other shops are up the street.

    The location was centralized for the areas I wanted to go and visit. It’s important to keep in mind where you want to eat and where you want to go and see the ancient cities were all around. It was perfect. The location had a beautiful view and the room was excellent.

    Phra Khanong is three skytrain (BTS) stations east of the most modern shopping malls on Sukhumvit Road. With the W district it offers a great outdoor seating place with a great variety of food stalls to choose from. A few refreshingly alternative bars are nearby, not the typical tourist scene.
