Great Location! It’s just steps away from the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. There’s a pharmacy and a 7-11 across the street. There’s also laundry services across the street. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was very good. I like that they had some different dishes every day in addition to the standard dishes. They had a fruit station, omelette station, Thai station (that had rice porridge and all the toppings, curries, Thai soups, stir fry, etc.), pancakes, bacon, miso soup, breads and pastries, juices, etc. Everything was tasty.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It went through a rough time during the floods of oct2024. It was hit pretty badly, so they are still working on cleaning and repairing, but they are doing such a great job and it doesn’t impede the enjoyment of the place at all. It even made our stay even more special because we were only a few guests. Take full advantage before it’s bursting with guests again. Chai, the MaitréD, is exceptional and really made our stay! The service and hospitality were 5 star. The property is beautiful. The location was good for walking. Fresh fruit and delicious coffee were the highlights of breakfast, served on the terrace next to the river. There was a large selection at the buffet as well as a menu for orders. The concierge was helpful and arranged airport transportation with ease, as well as several outings/tours. All were great. I think this is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai.

It’s much nicer than it looks in the photos! Very fancy place. Beautiful gardens, multiple pools, mountain views. Two restaurants, one for breakfast, one for dinner. The room was exceptional with a large tub, comfortable bed, shower, and of course the views! They even drive you to your room in a golf cart. Hotel taxi is available and grab also works in the area.

Beautiful Temple in town and fabulous Temple in the mountains. Trip to the elephant sanctuary was a long drive but worth the trip. The night market is a fun walk about. Try the ice-cream rolls, a tasty fun experience. Tuk-Tuk's are very reasonable as are Grab(uber like ). My wife and I highly recommend the Peak Spa. We also really enjoyed Mamma Noi's cooking school. (with a hats off to our guide Nook) Kantoke dinner and show just OK.

One of the most magical moments was at night—around 11 PM onwards, the sky came alive with countless stars, offering an awe-inspiring view you rarely get to experience in the city. Lovely place for spending a relaxed weekend. Watch the sunrise over teh valley, stare into the clear skies and the stars at night. Visit the tribal villages, the fruit orchards (strawberries and oranges) and the flower gardens. Enjoy a tranquil time.

Chom Tong is a small town about 1.5 hour from Chiang Mai.

Chom Tong is a small town about 1.5 hour from Chiang Mai. Travellers use it as the base to explore Doi Inthanon. There is a decent choice of F&B establishments, supermarket, cinema, etc. Best explored if you have transport (rental car or taxi service which can be booked by the day)

The property is far from anything and the road is quite hard to get up especially at night as there are no street lights. The view is easily the main attraction though as well as the bathtub. Food was the Moo Kata which was 490 which was about right for 2 people. Breakfast was okay.

Mae Chaem is an amazing little village with great air...

Mae Chaem is an amazing little village with great air quality, which is a rare thing in Thailand. With lots of greenery and nature trails, you'll never get bored in this place. Food is also cheap and tasty. The people are nice and always smiling. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nature retreat.

Day of exploring with elephant sanctuary with team Yaya, get it on get your guide booking. Art village, carp cafe, French bistro cafe, unnie nails. Just be careful hiring scooters, have travel insurance before you go. We hired scooters from Happy Days, they never told us we need motorbike permit in chiang mai , within 1hr stopped by police with 500 baht fine followed the police to station to pay. Second day we had motorbike accident with my leg injury , the rental bumped us even it was not our fault according to police we paid damage to their bike and for the other guy. Overall soo much good place to explore, day trips to other cities. Next time I be staying for over 2weeks, people are kind and helpful just speak less English.

Welcoming little town well worth visiting. The temple and the caves are great but the best thing for me was that I stumbled into a bar up near the cave which is called . . The Cave bar. This place has to be visited if at all possible. Wonderful hostess and a really chilled, funky vibe.

The cool & freezing weather.

The cool & freezing weather. Must stay here for atleast one night if you have a trip to Chiang Mai. Experience the beautiful flower farm and walking distance. You will appreciate the morning fresh air & cool cloudy fog if you dont mind walking to the flower farm nearby within 15min walk . For Muslim, even though it is only one restaurant that offer halal food , but the taste was worth the price. Will repeat next time if i travel to Chiang Mai.
