The lady and gentlemen who manage this hotel are the sweetest people with the biggest heart. The lady's cooking is out of this world. Real homemade food. Felt like we were in a home away from home. Make sure you have dinner if you're here. I'll come to Djerba again just to stay in this hotel.
Highlights
- very clean

- beds are comfortable
- it's beautiful - perfect for all your Instagram and tiktok videos

We only stayed here for one night as it was at the end of our trip and it was the highlight of our trip. Please book at least two or more nights so you don't regret booking only one night like us. I could stay here for one week.

My stay was truly exceptional, delivering the best experience imaginable. The staff were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Nestled in a stunning location, the place is surrounded by an array of shops, cafes, and all the essentials one could need, including a charming bazaar on Sundays that's just a short walk away. It's an ideal spot to immerse oneself in the city's culture, offering a genuine taste of the local lifestyle. I've completely fallen in love with this place and am already planning my return. It's a gem that promises both relaxation and adventure, making it a perfect choice for travelers seeking to experience the heart and soul of the city.

The rooms were huge, clean and surprisingly quiet
The facilities were great (the sea front was amazing as were the indoor and outdoor pool)
The food buffet was amazing, both for breakfast and dinner (had one of the best NYE dinners ever!)

We were staying at the hotel the 2nd week of December.
It was well attended but not overly busy. The temperature was around 23-26 °C. Just perfect.
The hotel is nice and clean; the staff was really helpful and polite.
The food was delicious and plenty.
Our room was spacious, clean, well stocked with coffee and tea. Every morning, the bottled water has been stocked up.
There is a general shop on site with touristy stuff and basic toiletries, clothing's; postcards and stamps;
The bar is open all day. There is room service available too.
The pool water was clean and tidy all around.
The hotel is right on the beach, with someone checking that only hotel guests use the deck chairs, as the beach is accessible by all. (Not through the hotel, though)
There are cute cats everywhere.
We've had a small pool outside of our room. There are many small pools, which neighbouring rooms can share and there is a big main pool too.

Djerba was a real dissapointment for us: everything dirty (...
Djerba was a real dissapointment for us: everything dirty (resorts ar perhaps better), we wet to restaurant with name: Restaurant Savana. It was real disaster: very expensive, so unfriendly person who brought us food, everything was burnt, he didn´t bring us new plates (only small ones were there), at the end he charged us also for service... We strongly recomend to avoid that restaurant.
