The reception has amazing guys who are ready to help at any time of the day, organize a tour of Alanya, reserve a transfer for you, call a taxi, connect with another hotel, help rent a private car. Transfer to the city and the beach works several times a day and at a convenient time. The food is at the top level. Hearty breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Even afternoon tea. During two weeks our stay at the hotel, the food was never repeated. A huge selection of salads, cold appetizers, unique soups, different fruits and of course a lot of hot food. Drinks for everyone, both juices and hot drinks like tea, coffee and so on. Fantastic staff at the bar who manage get satisfied everyone of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A special hello to the manager who seemed to not sleep at all. From early morning until late at night he could always be seen in the hotel courtyard. He not only managed the entire system but also actively participated and helped the staff both in the kitchen and outside. Cleaning is on point. The girls work very conscientiously and deliver everything that is needed. They do the job very cleanly. The pool workers work all day long. The pools are very clean and everything is in order every day. Thanks to all the staff in the person of the Manager, the Chef (I didn't ask his name, he had a loooooong head cover), the entire kitchen staff, the fantastic guy Taner (Pizzaman) who never stopped making pizzas, Okan, Bunyamin, Hasan (a bit older one), Hasan (a bityounger one at bar), Firat, Musa, Can, Ihsan, Selami and his replacement (I didn't remember his name unfortunately), Hussein, Yusuf and others (sorry, I didn't name anyone), you are all fantastic guys. Many, many, special thanks to the night manager Sehat that helped us and solved us every issue that we had. He is a great manager and very people oriented. I want to also thank to Ferat from A la Carte Restaurant. Food is delicious and serving was amazing! Please book A la carte if you want to plan your holiday at Sirius Deluxe! You will never regret! We enjoy the night at A la Carte and laught a lot thanks to Ferat! He welcomed us when we arrived (we arrived in the evening) and also showed us the area and the restaurants. Also I want to thank a lot to Gizem as she was very nice to us and smiling everytime. The restaurant and beach club were excellent too — great food, drinks, and music, all just a few steps from our room. We ended up spending most of our time there, just soaking it all in. Alanya is beautiful.
Alanya is beautiful. Cleopatra Beach is beautiful with its nice waves and warm water. It is safe and affordable. Here are some travel tips: For dinner go to Cafe Local, and small family own spots. Don’t go to the big restaurants they cost too much, and the food isn’t all that great. I was disappointed. For excursions, go to Suluada Island, go to the 3 in 1 Sapadere water falls and cave trip. The water fights were surprisingly fun, also spend a morning riding the teleferik to the castle. Best of all, spend as much time as possible at Cleopatra Beach. Getting around Alanya was easy. My disastrous stay at White Gold Hotel&Spa ruined all my desire to explore and enjoy Alanya more. Sorry, but I’ll never be back. Only I can say, avoid this hotel! Other bad experience happened when I had booked the trip to Pamukkale. Guide kicked me of the bus, because it was pure Russian speaking tour and I was the only English speaking and allegedly, the guide didn’t speak English! Weird for the tourist guide, hm? The Hotel is overrated completely. The room and bath were horrible No shower gel no conditioner shampoo moisturiser. I had booked most expensive suite and apart from the balcony view rest of the facilities were awful. Shower was blocked and I had to take shower in puddle Air con not working with broken Remote Poor food chaice for vegetarian Alcohol was the cheapest possible you can think of !
