Entebbe is a good small city to visit, if you don't want the full Ugandan experience. Having said that, you will be able to easily find whatever you want there but you may miss the real Uganda. Entebbe is a nice and clean town with many tourist attractions to visit. I highly recommend leaving Entebbe to see the many other wonderful things in the Pearl of Africa.
