They charged for early check in fee. Client did not tell us there was a fee. They charged me $100 for a set of towels they said was stained. I asked to see the towels, they said no. If u are being charged a $100 for a set of towels, a customer should be able to see why I had no choice but to stay another night, gave my card to agent and he said it was declined.
