The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed — truly a home away from home. The rooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious, and the large balcony was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond, being super attentive and even surprising us with a thoughtful gift for our 10-year wedding anniversary. These personal touches made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return!

    I loved the location . We had the room just in the corner by the ocean (125) just like in the pictures for our honeymoon. It was beautiful and clean. Those who complain about not being able to swim in the ocean because of the rocks. They only have to walk like literally 2-3 mins for a sandy beach but already waking up for this view and having the white noise of the ocean it’s just amazing and felt so relaxing. We are beyond grateful for the island and ISO who also made it possible to comfortably enjoy it .

    Charming collection of old cottages on site fronting a quiet beach. The cottages are all slightly different, but well equipped, comfortable and clean. It is charming and understated . The details on the Booking.com site really undersell the property. There are beautiful sunsets and the grounds are lovely to walk in. The property does have an independently run restaurant and bar on site. Close to the Waimea Canyon, so you can get a morning head start on other visitors.

    We loved absolutely everything, it was our first time in the island and we loved the location of the resort, all the facilities, how spacious the bungalow was, how safe and pleasant it was. After I left I realised I lost my signet ring, and they contacted me (before I contested them) letting me know that they found it, eternally grateful. It was a 10/10 we will book with them in the future again for sure!

    This place is a slice of paradise! Our room was massive, like a full apartment, with beautiful outside grass area. The staff were so incredibly friendly! It shares a path with One Hotel to the beach, which is a beautiful walk, although the buhgy pick-up from the beach was great too!!!

    Kapaa seems to be an old town.

    Kapaa seems to be an old town. It is not like Poipu or Hanalei but good small town. We had great meal at Fish Bar Deli, local foods (spam musubi and chicken karate) to take out at Wailua Drive In, and big bowl of pho at Pho Kapaa. These places were busy with local people and we enjoyed their meals as well as services.

    The view from the property was OK.

    The view from the property was OK. There was a cruise ship docked across the way and several garage type businesses across the street. No real ocean view. The plants are beautiful and it's fun to see the chickens and roosters running around every where you go.

    Central location for exploring the north shore. Plenty of beautiful beaches, shopping in Hanalei & nature walks. Check out Foodland for poké & hot food takeaway at ridiculously reasonable prices.

    My husband and I traveled to Kauai to celebrate our birthdays and had an amazing time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kauai Lawai Beach Resort C103. Our condo was on the ground floor with a lanai looking out to a garden area. We loved seeing the island chickens and the nightly parakeets flocking to roost in the trees. We were across the street from the beach which was convenient to watch the sunset every night. We had a wonderful time in Kauai. Po'ipu was a great location central to everything we wanted to see.

    Don't bother, so many more options available. If you want to see some original cottages, just drive by. Many locals stay there for parties with lots of people in one cottage - they receive nice discounts but do like to stay up late! I would not go to Hawaii to swim in a pool but saw many people use theirs. The beach was poor so no one was on it since you cannot swim. They could have supplied bikes - that would have been a bonus. The distance to everything except Waimea Canyon is far but if you are planning on hiking the canyon daily it is your second best option (the first being cabins 1/2 way up the mountain). You need a car since there is only one restaurant near by and the kitchen facilities are poor. Hiking was great - would have been nice to stay where we could rent a paddle board or surfboards / boogie boards. Def. take a helicopter ride and see the Napili Coast line from the water!

    The Hanalei area is the opposite of a commercial resort style town. The businesses are small, mainly local. Tons of charm, beautiful beach. If you’re looking for nightlife, this might not be the right area for you. For local charm, it’s great.

    I live here and just needed to be near the hospital for a procedure, so the location was perfect. I was unable to eat (except for coffee) or go swimming so did not do any of those things but there are beautiful beaches nearby. There are so many things I could point out for travelers, but it would take pages! For me, Lihue is a place to mostly do anything legal, doctors and shopping.

    Princeville is a quiet residential neighborhood.

    Princeville is a quiet residential neighborhood. Hanalei is a village about 15 minutes, with some nice restaurant and boutiques. Bigger town, Kappa is 35 minutes. However, Princeville has a grocery store with all your needs. I really enjoyed Princeville and will stay again there. Kauai is a low-key beautiful island with Waimea Canyon n much more to offer.

    Lovely location with good restaurants and a relaxed vibe. Very kid-friendly with keiki menus in all restaurants, and most will accommodate special request. Location is just really, really gorgeous. It is worth driving to Hanalei up north for a day since there is an amazing beach there.
