Situated close to the airport and Dolphin Mall. Staff were excellent and the hotel was spotless. We were allowed to check in early after coming off a cruise, which was much appreciated. Free shuttle to the mall and airport was a real bonus. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Would definitely return again.

MrC is an amazing Hotel, with everything one would need to feel relaxed. Rooms are amazing, everything is clean and well taken care of with downservice to check if you need something in the evening. Restaurant has amazing food and the staff is professional. Going to the pool feels like you’re on top of the world with amazing views and great bar. Staff even remembers us from previous years, so it really feels like you’re at home.

    Trump International Beach resort in Miami Beach is really worth it. We stayed only one night, but had a fantastic full day at the beach and pool area before leaving Miami. The service is excellent, and we felt like royalty. They offer valet parking at a reasonable price, and the rooms are sizeable with very nice views. A perfect place to wind down.

    The Grand Beach Hotel is our definite address when we visit Miami Beach. I am always happy with the service and ambience. It is located in a more quiet area with a nice private beach and super swimming pool area. The breakfast is fantastic and a drink in the bar with their knowlegable bartender is absolutely worthwhile.     A pretty good place for overnight stay and price is right. We got great Hispanic food from a local grocery where we were able to get essentials, was recommended a nice taxi service that we called several times and also booked for our 4am pickup to the airport. My favorite place to visit was Miami Beach. Next time I will be more prepared to visit the sites.

    While the staff at the hotel was friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. The room had cleanliness and odor issues, poor lighting, and lacked basic amenities like towels, which had to be requested. There was also no clear communication about breakfast options. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would return to a hotel like this, especially for the price I paid, there are many other options nearby with equal or better rates and much better standards. I expected more.

    The beds are small as compared to the hotels we have stayed all over America except in NY of course. There are no cabinets or drawers. No microwave. If you only want to swim and go mall this is the best place.

Its very spacious..great gym..clean pool ..I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at holiday inn..my favorite spots were dolphin mall and miami international mall among other places nearby..it was very easy and safe to get around in Doral

    The room was clean and spaceous, but you had to pay extra for a microwave. The cleanning staff was very inconsiderate! They completely ignore 'Do not disturb' signs and the maid kept changing the temperature of my thermostat so that I froze every time I walked back into the room at night. The first day I checked in, I notified the Front Desk that the lock on my patio door did not work correctly. I could not open the door with my key from the outside. I stayed there for 5 days and the lock was never fixed.

    It was an older hotel.

    It was an older hotel. The carpet was really dirty and felt wet . The shower was all scuffed up. A lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom. It was close to highways and nighttime construction going on so it was very noisy. It was not what I’d expect from a Holiday Inn.

    Thee property was clean and well-appointed but we never could get the hot water to work in the shower and calling the representative did not attempt to solve this problem. The TV's did not have any directions and we could not get them to work, I think they use Alexa and we did not know how to access. We admit we probably did not know how to activate but there were no directions provided. Overall it is clean and well-appointed, we would have give it an excellent review if we had hot water for our shower, checking in problems with the wrong property and no directions on activate the TV.
