The hotel is located across from unity Square, so it is very convenient and centrally located. The staff were all very helpful and gracious. The breakfast bar on the roof in the morning was lovely. The rooftop is a nice place to enjoy an evening cocktail as well. The room was not very big, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Most important was that it was clean and well appointed. It has a nice coffee shop on the first floor, but there is not a place to eat lunch at the hotel. You can, however, order food in the evening at the rooftop bar . Upon checkout, staff did a check of the room before we left and found my husband’s envelope with cash in it, and promptly ran it down to us! That honesty speaks for itself. if we would return to Pleiku we would definitely stay here again.

I booked a standard room for my two nights solo trip in Pleiku and the amenities are just enough. The room is clean and has pleasant smell. They also have a communal dining area on the second floor for your breakfast (if included in your booking). The location is also convenient for visiting nearby attractions and FnB experiences. Kudos for the staff as well for being welcoming and supportive.

I would give a perfect 100 if possible. My first stay was 2 nights and i enjoyed everything. i have stayed a second time for much longer. My room was large and comfortable. Water pressure is excellent and cleaning is daily.. The breakfast has many options and my favorite it the beef Pho. The staff will treat you like family and the owner makes you feel at home. This is a must stay hotel and its the only place i will stay when visiting Pleiku.
