The huts are new and fresh, and the view from most is breathtaking. The resort is named after Freedom beach, which is easily accessible via stairs. Koh Tao has a lot to offer and Relax Freedom Beach Resort is great place to start. We also really appreciated the shuttle from and to the pier. It is absolutely beautiful and you can watch the sunset right from the balcony, which felt like such a luxury. The hut we stayed in was clean and tidy, which was great. Before arriving, we saw some reviews about the curtains not being blackout and this is certainly the case but it didn’t bother us too much.
