Beautiful amazing location. It's so wonderful, the lake the mountains and the view. Rooms and clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good too. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Loved our stay. There is a walking trail.along the lake, must do if you stay here.

We traveled back to Alps, so we booked this hotel already 2nd time in this year. First of all because its close to our hiking and via ferrata targets and also because we were satisfied previously with their services. Big clean room, tasty breakfast, evening saunas.. Also with issued summer card from the hotel, we've got free entry to Russbach water park and discounts to surrounding cable cars.

I really liked that they gave a good thought of what a baby might need and put a baby chair and baby bed both of which were in great condition. There was also a separate play area with toys and a Christmas tree (as we were travelling during Christmas holidays). The kitchen was exceptionally equipped with everything a family can need. So was the bathroom. The view is outstanding and place is quiet.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this remarkable hotel. We were greeted by the most welcoming and attentive owner, Sandra! Her warmth and eagerness to assist made us feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The view, it was awesome! We are lucky enough to get the top floor! The view from our room was like a masterpiece that changed with the light of each passing day, leaving us breathless. The food at this hotel’s restaurant were simply great! From the breakfast spread that offered an array of delicious options to the exquisite dinners. The overall experience was nothing short of perfection. Every aspect of the hotel's design and service was remarkable. Whether it was the comfortable beds, the amenities, or the seamless check-in and check-out process, it was evident that the staff had put their heart into ensuring a memorable stay. The property is located in the middle of the main square of Hallstatt, a beautiful place. We booked the room with a balcony to the main square and do not regret, the view is spectacular. The property offers a pick up from P1 (which we ended up not using), we parked at P3 instead and walked to the property, a 15 min walk along their main street. The restaurant of the hotel is very nice with good food.

The location is out of a national geographic. Far more impressive than the pictures. It's dramatically stunning. The hotel location is perfect with good parking and a decent breakfast. The staff are lovely despite being very busy with the day tourists.
