The owner Steffano was very nice and friendly. The room was very big. The furniture and the room decor was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. I only stayed there one night but wish I had booked it for my entire stay. It’s about 20 minutes walk from Como San Giovanni station bud a mere 5 min walk from Como Lago Nord station. The ferry port is 5 mins walk and it centrally located in Como.

Pina and Marina were so kind ladies! They took us from the station and drop us back when we left for free. They meet us so kindly at their lovely apartment and prepared for us a great breakfast. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and hot. Location is very good, close to lake and easy to access from train stations. Breakfast was very good, fresh and plenty of choices. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had.
