Everything was perfect. Room is big and comfortable, all the facilities you might need, cleaned every day. Breakfast was really tasty. Staff friendly and helpful, easy to communicate. I felt safe and comfortable.

I only stayed for 2 nights, but it was amazing! From the minute I entered the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Especially receptionist Shruti who was really great and so helpful! The night shift personnel was also very nice and informed me a lot about the different activities in the city I could do the next day. Breakfast was incredible and so tasty! Fresh veggies & fruits, fried eggs, freshly brewed coffee and of course the famous waffles were 10/10 (just like everyone said). My room was very spacious and cozy. A/C was working really well and I could adjust the temperature to my preferences. I also had enough hot water for a long relaxed shower, which was reallyyy nice <333 Bonus point for being so eco and environment friendly. Overall amazing experience! I totally recommend Hotel Karuna if you're in Pokhara!!! I will definitely be back!

This lodging is operated by a family. The daughter works the front and she is super helpful.. The Mother is the owner and she is so kind. The uncle operates the small gift store. The location is tucked away in Sarangkot with a spectacular view overlooking the glaciers and Annapurna. You actually feel you are in a far away place. It's 30min from the airport and approx 15-20min from the town. It's 1200 Rupi from airport, 1500 Rupi if coming at night, the staff can assist in making taxi arrangements and even helps with tours. The place is few min from the view point and 10 min walking to the cable car to take you down to town which costs about 700 Rupi one way per person. The room is a nice size with a full and single beds, balcony overlooking with an amazing view, and daily breakfast.. Watch the sunrise and sunset from your balcony. You won't be disappointed

Our stay at hotel was perfect. Very friendly and helpful personal, clean room with free driniking water, towel and toiletaires. The swimming pool was big and clean. There is also a possibility to make a laundry. The hotel also provide a taxi to bus station. we defenitely recommend it!

Great location on lakeside. Room was huge. Bed very comfortable. Rooftop pool is nice for a swim and has amazing views of Fishtail and Annapurna mountain range on a clear day.

20/10! We absolutely LOVED our stay in Hotel Hakoniwa! Anil and his lovely family are the best! Anil gave us so many great tips and advices about trekking. Wr stayed here 4 days before and 5 days after our trek and it was hard to leave. The breakfast is simple but delicious - egg, bread and vegetables with coffee or tea. Its in a quiet are of Pokhara but pretty close to the lake. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! If you can come here, it’s really lovely!
