JR Niseko Train Station is located a 10-minute taxi ride away. Traditional Japanese stay was an amazing experience. Must experience this on your trip to Japan! It’s an incredibly short walk to Anapuri (basically like walking thru a parking lot) or you can take a shuttle bus.

Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !

Full team is outstandingly nice and helpful, amenities are beautiful and food is excellent. Definitely one of the best venues we stayed in so far (also compared to classics like Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton)

Guests at the ryokan can enjoy a buffet breakfast. The breakfast was fabulous...LOTS of selections, both Japanese and Western. The rooms are spacious, plenty room to move around compared to typical accommodations in Japan. The public toilets and tub/shower rooms are nice. The lobby is nice and large, easy to move about especially when you're lugging ski equipment around. The staff was courteous and friendlly.

The air-conditioned rooms feature a flat-screen satellite TV, a fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags. Guests can choose to stay in Western rooms or in Japanese-style rooms with tatami (woven-straw) floors. The en suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Cleanliness, staff and the place. You’re able to relax and unwind.
