Great apartment with a spacious kitchen and living room. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s close to the town but in a quiet location. The host was wonderful and always available. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend this apartment – you won’t regret it.

Amazing location 5 mins walk from the central beaches and also a walkable distance from the others. Big comfortable houses (rooms a little bit tight but feasible) Amazing communication with the guy handling the bookings and also had the chance to meet the owners! Great people overall!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Secure off-street parking. Nice quiet neighbourhood but only a 5-10min walk into town, and 10min walk to public and private beaches. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

the host is wonderful, has many tipps what to do and where to go and is really interested in your well being the shower was really really hot at any time of the day if you wished and you could regulate it easily the house has got a large veranda with a long table and chairs facing a beautiful garden with lots of different flowers the internet is fast so that we could stream one of our favourite films the AC is very quiet and powerful so it doesn‘t bother you when you sleep. we really enjoyed our stay one tipp: google didn‘t lead us up to the road where the house is but stops on the main road, as it doesn’t seem to know the road leading to the house so check 5 mins before you arrive where to leave the main road as you can avoid having to do a u-turn 😉

Apartment was 10/10, i was with my family there, the rooms had multiple beds and everything was clean. We get clean bedsheets and towels twice whitch I liked the most. Kosta the host was so welcomed as well!

Garden Villa Veli is a great place, very close to the beach, center, restaurants in Ksamil. Klara is an amazing host, she was super helpful, gave us good recommendations for our stay in Ksamil. She served us a hearty breakfast. We had a nice stay at her place.

Amazing location, in a calm side-street next to the city centre where all restaurants and shops are located. Great quality apartments, everything that you might need. Private and gated parking fits multiple cars and motorcycles. I appreciate the owners who extended my stay until I managed to find a mechanic to fix my motorcycle. Highly recommend. A place to return back. Thank You!
