The host was there when we arrived, a smiling and friendly person. The location is excellent, being a quiet one but also right near the city center. The apartment has an amazing view from the kitchen of the Kitzsteinhorn mountain peak, the church in Kaprun and also the ski slopes. We found everything useful there, even more. In the bathroom there are two sinks and a shower, the toilet is in a separate room. The heat was good compared to other experiences, and I say this as someone who likes the heat at night. The accomodation has a good ratio quality/price.

Very beautiful accommodation with a kind and helpful owner. The equipment of the house is great, nothing is missing. It is a great place close to the center and at the same time in a quiet area. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is really nice. We stayed at the standard double room. It was tiny but so clean, comfy, and cozy. The place is quite and truly amazing. I also liked that they had Rituals products in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and professional. We had a great time here and we’re definitely going to visit Austria again and stay in any of the alpin family hotels again. I would like to add that we had a flat tire problem at Kaprun center. We weren’t able to get any help because everything was closed. We reached 24hotel by Avenida and asked the reception for help. They helped us immediately with no hesitation and the problem was solved!
