The house is amazing, located in quiet location. We were very happy that we found such a pearl. Everything there was perfect for us. All amenities are in place. We didn’t miss a thing there. Walking distance to the beach. From the garden you’re able to see the see. The hostess very friendly and helpful.

From the moment we confirmed the booking, the experience was nothing short of perfect!! The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive even before we arrived and It was truly a pleasure meeting the family, so friendly & accommodating making us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The villa itself exceeded all expectations – spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The garden is large and peaceful, with stunning views, and the big balcony offered the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in real life. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we truly hope to return again soon. So if you're looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle then this is a perfect place for a quiet remote location family escape! Highly recommended – both the villa and the wonderful people behind it!

Great place to stay during your Rhodes visit.Everything was perfect, Avli village house was clean and exactly like the photos.Jacuzzi was amazing!!!We also enjoyed a lot a wonderful ride into the village on bikes but what i loved most was having my breakfast in the beautiful yard listening to the sounds of nature!!! Tsampikos is a fantastic host is always ready to help and share things to see and places to visit! Thank you for everything❣️

First of all, thank to Konstantinos – a very positive and welcoming host. He met us at the airport and took us to the house, and he was available at any time if we had questions. The house is located in a wonderful spot, right by the beach. Just a few meters away, there was a great taverna serving local food, and shops were within walking distance, even if you don’t have a car. The house is fully equipped (the host has thought of every little detail). If you plan to cook, there’s a fully equipped kitchen available. It was also great to have a washing machine with all the necessary detergents, as well as an ironing board and iron. Each room had air conditioning, which was a real lifesaver during the hot season to cool down and relax. At check-out, we were supposed to leave the key on the table or in the key box by the gate. However, in a rush, the kids closed the door with the key still inside. When we realized what had happened, the host responded in a very understanding and kind way, saying that these things happen.I still feel bad about this incident, which caused the host some extra costs.

An amazing place to stay, the two bed building was excellent, had all you needed and was big, with great outside space. The pool was brilliant. Nicolinda and her family were the best hosts ever, bringing us fruit and vegetables from their garden and nothing was too much for them.bif we were coming back to Rhodes we would stay here again

Very nice apartment! Brand new everything and very stylish. The owner is really helpful! Everything one of my asking was immediately done by her. Absolutely recommended. The beach is10min walk or 2min by motorbike. (Kite beach is 15min.) Theologos has very nice restaurant as well.

    Best stay we had in Greece so far and we travel twice a year to Greece, so plenty of times to refer to. The house is top!!! We traveled with 3 adults and a 3-years old. It was perfect for us and for the child. Quiet, but enough restaurants in walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, enough towels, clean, just perfect.

    We arrived at around 9pm and met at the bakery at the main street with the owner who led us to the small house. It was very comfortable, air condition working very well, main necessary tools of the kitchen available. Shower with small window. Small inside yard. Next beach is Soroni beach about 1km away. Early in the morning usually the waves are not there yet.

Great kitchen! 15 mins to the airport by car or bus (#57, #59<<to Rhodes). 900 m to the beach with 'Elena' fish restaurant. 100 m to the main road with shops. 'Bazaar' supermarket. Beautiful church on top of the village with great view.

    Simply wonderful place and very friendly hosts. The house has everything you need. There is more than enough space, two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with the complete kitchen stuff. There is a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended for families. It is advisable to have a car. Many thanks.

    A new and very well equipped house in a quiet environment, parking in front, gas BBQ, perfect kitchen, exceptionally nice hosts Mr Antonakis and Manager Mr Marios, a lot of fruits, wine, tsipouro, water etc. as welcome gifts, honey, olives, marmelades as farewell gifts. Everything was just perfect. One can only recommend this place, restaurants open within short distance even in November.
