Comfortable, quiet and cozy cottage with very nice hosts It's very rare for apartments to have a microwave and small cabin nearby with self-service grocery is a good idea. You're provided with a printed brochure that tells the story of Áskot Cottages, introduces you to the owners and explains how to use all the amenities - really nice. In the morning we were greeted by owners' cat, dog and puppy and it was a great company.

We had incredible staying in this holiday home, it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed for 1 night, but there everything you need for even longer staying. Apartment is clean and just in the middle of the nature, it is very quite, we slept well without any disturbing. We were satisfied with outdoor shower , despite cold weather it felt warm, amazing experience. If we have the chance we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Very romantic place.

Very cute little self contained cabin. Had a small kitchenette, enough to cook small meals as well. Was a fair distance away from the main road so it was nice and quiet.

A fabulous cabin with a great view, with all comforts, carefully furbished with plenty of touches for the guests, chocolate at arrival, candles available and many books and DVDs to spend a relaxing evening. Well equipped, spacious and very cosy apartment with a beautiful Mountain View. The booking was very short termed and we arrived late but everything was well prepared nonetheless. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and even surprised us with delicious homemade pancakes! The apartment is well located for exploring the golden circle area and we can definitely recommend it also for a longer stay. We had an awesome time even though the weather was very rainy. Thanks Svetlana for hosting us!

    This property is situated near Hella, close to the Ring road, a very serene, stunning and peaceful place to stay. The house is quite big with 4 bedrooms including 4 bunk beds. Very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. We used to get message daily from the property enquiring whether we face any issues ,a very impressive gesture! Highly recommended.
