A spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean 2-bedroom apartment with a large terrace overlooking a peaceful pedestrian street. The bathroom was fantastic, the kitchen well-equipped, and there was plenty of storage. Everything in the apartment is new and renovated. Beds were very comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast vouchers for two nearby cafes—Tropical Bar and Liberomia quickly became our go-to, also for coffee later in the day. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and our stay was made very easy. We are very thankful and we hope to return soon to Abruzzo!

Beautiful building and excellent facilities in apartment. Great central location but very peaceful. Gianfranco was very helpful and friendly and his recommendation of Trattoria Due Gemelli was fantastic- delicious food. Highly recommend staying here..

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks while I was doing an Italian course. The apartment was great - well-equipped kitchen, right in the centre of town with two lovely squares with cafes and restaurants and the main shopping street with a supermarket very close by so location couldn’t be better, spacious, clean, very comfortable. Gabriele was an excellent and very helpful and welcoming host.

The place has a magical atmosphere, the surroundings and structure are very well kept and there is a lot of greenery. But what makes it so special is the big Italian family that is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with homemade wine and provided with fresh eggs every day. We loved the location in the centre of town. The hosts were so accommodating to ensure that our stay was the best. Everything in the apartment was excellent. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, the kitchen had great facilities. We loved the location. We highly recommend this apartment.
