The house is located on the top of a hill and has really huge green territory (without ticks). All the valleys and mountains around are so charming. Dragan is really great man. It feels like you came to visit some relatives for Easter. House is decorated as etno and looks old in the pictures, but it is much better in reality. the beds are comfortable. You have all you need for relaxing. the sky in the night is unbelievable. behind the fence there are a lot of birds and places for hiking. 15 mins walking till the Resavska cave. The house is totally pet friendly. the house itself is divided into 2 apartments. so it is possible to rent it for 2 families of 4 and 3 persons. 2 Kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 1 big dining room. all the photos attached are from the territory of the house.

We spent New Year’s Eve in the house, and it was the perfect choice for a group of 5-6 friends – we were very comfortable. Before we arrived, Lazar and his wife gave us all the details about the house and some great tips on local attractions. He was very attentive to our comfort even before we arrived, always in touch and happy to answer any questions, which was really nice. The house was spotless, and there were no issues with cleanliness in the kitchen or bathrooms. No unpleasant smells anywhere. The bedding was fresh, and there were enough towels for everyone. The bathrooms were stocked with lots of toiletries – creams, shampoo, shower gel, and even feminine hygiene products. The house also has a washing machine and a dryer, plus all the necessary laundry supplies. The kitchen is really well-equipped, with a dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of dishes. There’s also a stove outside on the terrace for cooking over an open fire. The house has a big stockpile of firewood, so no need to bring charcoal with you. The interior is cozy with a homely atmosphere, and the fireplace adds a special touch to the whole place. We especially appreciated the attention to detail – the Lazar and his wife had decorated the house with Christmas lights and festive accessories for the holiday. We also ordered dinner from the hosts, and they prepared amazing plates with a selection of meats and cheeses, great homemade pickles, and fresh bread. We also ordered homemade sausages and cooked them over the fire – we highly recommend trying the hosts’ homemade food, it was a wonderful dinner at a very reasonable price. It’s a great idea for a big group or family. As a gift, the hosts gave us some local alcohol and wine, and their hospitality was truly top-notch. 😊 The heated jacuzzi was clean and really made a difference. It’s a great way to relax, and it comfortably fits 3-4 people at once. The views around the house are breathtaking.

The apartment was wonderful. The private spa center is fantastic and the Jacuzzi is with unlimited hot water. The host organized a transfer from the airport for me, it was the first time someone offered me such a service, and they have their own car rental, a really wide range of possibilities. Total Recommendation.

Everything! Excellent communication,very kind,we could do the check in Late around 23:00 because of the traffic ,without a problem and she he was smiling . We had a lot of options for the breakfast and they delivered it the time that we asked for.The bed was good,small apartment but with enough space,very clean, fast internet and you can use the Netflix! For me also importantly it is that they offered a small coffee machine and the fridge! Safe parking spot immediately outside of the apartment .Location is also good ad is very close to the highway.

Exceptional apartment, fantastic facilities, excellent location. The staff is outstanding and completely professional. I had a special request for a surprise upon entry and they did it divinely and too well. I am very grateful to them for that. We are definitely coming back here again. All recommendations for this wonderful apartment and the wonderful friendly people who work here.

Everything was great. Professional communication, reception, location, parking, restaurant recommendations, tour links... The apartment is fantastic, clean, fragrant, with a complete kitchen, full of useful little things that are not even found in luxury hotels, such as wireless chargers, BT speakers, LED lighting... Not to mention disposable hygiene products, shampoos, baths, fragrance bombs... The complete Spa is an integral part of this apartment and everything is included in the price. Congratulations on everything, it was more than wonderful. Warm sincere recommendations...
