Extrnely helpful and friendly staff. Also the location is perfect, you can walk to the beach and it is close to shops, gym and redtaurant.

Everything was beyond expectations. We live in Costa Rica and we know how challenging it can be to keep the smell of mildew and mold down in the rainy season. This place smelt perfect. Everything about this place was perfect. The breakfast, the hosts, the rooms. We actually, we're really late getting done with our car appointment and instead of driving home 3 hours, we decided to book the room. And drive an hour and twenty minutes to the hotel and stay there instead of driving all the way home and we're so glad we did.

The location couldn't be more perfect -- right across from Playa Carrillo -- and Kris and Guillermo are the MOST fabulous hosts. They have created a chic and comfortable oasis in one of the most beautiful parts of Costa Rica. They have thought of every details and go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is wonderful. Think of this as "glamping" with lots of extra bells and whistles and creature comforts. Can't recommend highly enough!

La quebrada lodge is just beautiful and the huge pool in the middle is awesome. Everyone is so welcoming and rooms are large and super clean. We ended up ordering breakfast from Maria every morning which was very tasty and plentiful.
