We booked this property with 1 hours notice because our original accommodation cancelled our booking last minute. Hong was an incredibly gracious host, accommodating a series of panicked phone calls from us as we tried to avoid sleeping at the station for the evening. He was so incredibly helpful and patient! About the property: The property is centrally located, just behind La Spezia Centrale station (literally a 2 minute walk, with only a slight incline for 10 metres). This location means it’s close enough to the centre of the town for easy access to the port (which includes the ferry to the iconic Cinque Terre), the market and plenty of restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet area so it doesn’t feel like you’re fighting the crowds. The house is extremely spacious, with very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious as well. The property has a quaint courtyard, perfect for a quiet morning coffee while enjoying the view of the houses up the hill. The house is perfect for groups, and I’d imagine especially so for those travelling with young children as it’s nicely enclosed. The location makes it easy for day trips to Cinque Terre and surrounding areas, without needing to skimp on comfort.

An oven, a fridge and stovetop are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Easily the best apartment stay ever!!!! Perfectly located in between the harbor and the train station and right in the middle of the old town shopping and dining area. Private balcony to have breakfast and watch the world go by. Double glazed windows kept the noise totally out of this immaculately presented large, comfortable and FULLY equipped apartment so we were able to sleep well. 2 split system new air conditioners kept the apartment at our desired temperature. Best of all was a large, clean washing machine with all products required and a drying rack. Even clothes storage in the bedroom was well thought out. We will be going back to this apartment for a stay every time we are in Italy.

As a family of four, we loved the apartment on the ground floor, the beautiful garden and super friendly hosts. We had a little cod for the baby and felt comfortable staying for five nights. We would have stayed even longer. A great add-on was the card for the parking at the train station, which we really appreciated and used daily. Overall a great experience and stay. Highly recommend.

The house is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host takes their job seriously, is very attentive to guests, and responds quickly to messages. If I were to come again, I would definitely choose this place once more :)

When arrived, Giulia was there to give me the key, she was very kind and professional. The apartment is located two blocks from the train station, making it perfect to explore this beautiful part of Italy. It was quiet, super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I can only put a 10, if I could I would rate them even more than that, I totally recommend this place!!!
