The host was super friendly and welcoming. We felt really comfortable. He gave us good advice on what to do in the area and I walked to the Lovers Leap waterfall the next morning (you can reach it quickly from the accommodation). Breakfast was huge and very good. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Thank you for the nice stay!

The location of this cabin is quite far from the main town, but for good reason, as the view from up here is amazing! When we arrived at the cabin, Roshan our host, was there to welcome us and show us the beautiful cabin space. Two rooms with king sized beds, and at the attic there were another two king sized beds. In total, it was possible to sleep 8 people. Needless to say, it was so spacious and comfortable for my group of 3. As we were hungry by the time we reached the cabin, Roshan offered to order food delivery for us and we all had some chicken rice with vegetables for our dinner which was great after a long day of traveling by car. The cabin space has very accessible balconies where you can watch the sunrise from, and at the attic you could even watch them from the bed or sofa if you wished. There are staircases to climb here, but the team was able to help us with our luggage no problem. The whole space is quite self contained, with a working kitchen, hot water in the bathroom, and enough blankets to keep us warm throughout the night. We also had a very tasty breakfast and they were able to accommodate to my diet (gluten free and dairy free). We also had fresh flowers in every room, which is a beautiful touch! All in all I would highly recommend this hotel because it is a unique spot located at a secluded location which gives you privacy, and amazing views.

We had very bad luck entering Nuwara Eliya but we were extremely lucky that we booked in Woods Hut! Owned by a lovely family and they made our stay unforgettable and we wish we could stay longer! An amazing fresh cooked breakfast was prepared for us! My recent stay at Mount View Bungalow in Hatton was an absolutely delightful experience that truly exceeded expectations. Opting for the three-bedroom apartment proved to be an excellent choice, offering a haven of comfort, cleanliness, and breathtaking scenery. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer spaciousness of the apartment and the evident care taken in its maintenance. The living area was thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas, a TV, and convenient WiFi access that made us feel right at home. Each of the three bedrooms was remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax. The provision of fresh, clean towels, crisp bedsheets, and cozy blankets ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were equally impressive, being immaculate and very well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. For those who prefer to self-cater, the fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic amenity. It included a gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, heater jug, and a complete set of necessary utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. However, the true gems of Mount View Bungalow were the balconies attached to every room and the main hall. Stepping onto them revealed truly breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic mountains and lush tea plantations surrounding Hatton. These serene vistas provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and soaking in the natural beauty of Sri Lanka. Practicality was also well-considered, with ample and secure parking available within the gated premises, offering peace of mind for guests with vehicles. Furthermore, the location is incredibly convenient, with Hatton town just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to shops and local amenities. The hospitality we received from the host was exceptional.

The property is a stunning British-style 3-storey villa, beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. The location is excellent, making it both peaceful and convenient. The cottage has lovely common areas that make it feel warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing together. All facilities are top-notch, thoughtfully provided, and everything worked seamlessly. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Taranga, the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable in every way. His attention to detail, hospitality, and genuine care made the experience exceptional — he truly elevated our time here. Overall, Croft Cottage is the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and luxury. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely love to return!
